They didn't check my lights, tire pressure, or top off my windshield washer fluid. I watched as the attendant checked off everything on the computer as completed for those checks that did not happen.

Would NOT recommend this location. Overcharging women and taking advantage of them. Will not be back. I’ve been to other valvoline and they do what is asked, not making up all this other bullshit that’s not even true about your car

Danny and Mir (Miracle) truly went above and beyond to check and replace my cabin air filter. No other Valvoline location has taken the time to do so, and I greatly appreciate it given how dirty it was and the effort it takes to replace it in my 2019 Ford Fiesta. Thank you all for your service--II will definitely return to this location again!

changed my oil but what kind of bolt they put on my oil pan, they got Zeus himself to tighten that on LOL!

They are amazing!! We are visiting from Michigan and our oil light came on randomly.(we aren't due for one) so we stopped by to see if they could check our levels and if we had a leak. They checked it all and showed us we were still at full. And no leaks. Super friendly!! Work as an awesome team!

I paid for quality service not quantity of service. This is why I have been going to Valvoline for over 20 years. Not all Valvoline locations are the same, this one on Madison road it's the best one I've been to.

My first visit was GREAT. Torrie who is the lassistant manager was knowledgeable and honest and very patient. I have found my oil change place for future services.

I was next in line but sat waiting for 45 minutes. I realized they hadn’t even started the oil change on the vehicle in the bay. Too many employees just lounging or not working. I recommend Donovan’s in Pleasant Ridge over this valvoline.

Always friendly, fast, & reliable. Pricing is the only thing keeping it from being a 5. Prices aren’t bad, but $55 for conventional is kind of expensive for me.
