Goodbye Valvoline... After waiting for 20 minutes I was sent to another store (10 minutes away) because they did not have the correct oil filter. I drove to the other store (who was expecting me) and was told that the oil change would cost $101.00! I was shocked because I drive a 2018 Buick Encore. I have had many oil changes in the past at Valvoline. I asked if there were any cheaper options. I was told, "No". I told him that I could not pay that much for an oil change. I have NEVER paid that much for an oil change at Valvoline. I had a $25 coupon. Even if I used it, I have never paid $75 for an oil change. I will NEVER go back to ANY Valvoline location. When NO price for the services are displayed or listed anywhere at the store, the website, or on coupon its a bad sign.

I drove into this location and they were very quick with the oil change for my car and were able to change my car wipers for me as well. They have a complimentary tire change and are very knowledgable about which oil your car manufacture recommends and will allow you to choose which oil you would like. Would recommend and will be coming back here again for my cars next oil change.

Excellent service. Fast, efficient, staff are friendly, and most importantly they look out for their customers and look to add discounts/ heavily advertise current discounts. I will be coming back for all the car needs they can help me with.

I prefer to do my own oil changes, but I was in a pinch several months ago and got it done here. I got a pretty good deal with a coupon and the service was quick and easy, with very friendly technicians. However, when I went to do my change this time, I found that they had tightened the oil drain plug so tight that I needed to buy an extra long wrench just to get enough leverage, and the oil filter itself was tightened so much that I ended up crushing it trying to get it off, as shown in my photo. This was incredibly frustrating and caused me multiple trips to hardware stores to solve. I’ll recommend this location for those who prefer to have their oil changed by a mechanic, but those who can do it themselves should steer clear.

This place is hands down one of the best valvolines that exist. The assistant manager Ethan is one of the most helpful and friendly individuals. Andrew is fast and accurate with what he does. Hands down a great team. It is my new favorite place to get my car worked on.

We’ve come to this location a lot, but just wanted to shout out the staff here!! Everyone was super helpful, and they were all so efficient, and we’re always in and out very quickly. Alex the manager is the sweetest person I’ve ever met at a car shop! She’s top notch, and knows her stuff.
