Came in today because my boyfriend found fluid in my parking spot while I was gone. The store manager Nick and his crew were kind enough to take a look for us. Thankfully, nothing was wrong. It really gave us peace of mind. Thank you!

I have been here before with no issues but today was different. I don't think they checked the air in my tires and they told me that I needed a new battery and did not offer the old one to me. I found out when I got home that my husband had them tell him the same and then he took it to the dealership and the battery was fine. They also told me that $189 is normal price for a battery but come to find out that I could have gotten one for less than $100! Ugh!

Got an oil change today and the receipt says they checked my tires. And they were all 35…. Clearly not. Very disappointing. They also did not check my lights.

I have 5 company vehicles and I take them all to this locations. Always staffed with well trained techs. And they exhibit common sense when recommending upsells.

My first time using valvoline yesterday. I got on the highway and I start to smell burning oil. I immediately exited and as I’m on the ramp, before I can even pull into a gas station, my car is smoking significantly. I popped my hood and first I notice they’ve gotten oil hand prints all over in my engine bay. The worst sight was seeing my dip stick jammed into a random spot near where it should be. I understand that my dip stick is truly a rare sight and not easy to get on the first try, sometimes I even struggle, but please ask me if I know anything about it before sending me off carefree! After placing the dipstick back correctly, I didn’t experience any more smoke or burning smell. I know that probably was not the worker’s intention, but seeing your car smoking after getting it serviced is a horrible experience.

A word of advice/warning. If you go, after you leave , pull over and check all filler caps. Radiator cap was not tight on mine which when vehicle got hot enough I had anti freeze spray all over my engine

Had a worst experience today. Came first time at this location with a Groupon coupon to change full synthetic oil on my chevy Traverse. They started refilling my car with a low grade oil and told me that they are running short of full synthetic oil. At this time tech has left me no choice, shouldn't they check first before draining out oil from my chevy??

I am always treated respectfully and the staff is so personable. They give me information of what needs to be done to my vehicle but never push me to buy anything.

I came about 30 mins before closing time. They had a line of cars behind me so they were rushing to get us in and out. The guy tried to cash me out without checking any of my lights or windshield wipers which I KNOW both needed changed and I had planned on paying to change them out. I finally asked him about it since he never checked on his own and so he finally checked them but he told me he couldn't change my turn signal light and cashed me out from there. Never checked anything else in my car. I had to ask him if any filters needed changed, etc to which he still never told me. Usually they will recommend things to be changed, tell you they topped off your wiper fluid, show you filters, tell you your tire pressure is good, etc. We got none of that. They were too focused on getting off in time. Don't waste your time coming here!! Will never be back!

I have the pleasure of stopping in at this location every 8k miles for my fleet vehicle. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, their team work is wonderful! I've begun taking my personal vehicle here as well for routine maintenance. Thank you all!

I've been getting my oil changed at the wrong places this while time. Definitely making this location my go to as should others, because the service was awesome. Wait time was a bit long, but Colby was acknowledging everyone in line and taking charge. Give him a raise and more vacation time because this dude absolutely deserves it!

Quick enough oil change, but can't remember the last time I got up sold with the intensity that they show here. I had four different people attempt to sell me things that I didn't need, that would have added up to another $3-4k if I would have been gullible enough to do even half of them.

Bad service they said the last people who did my oil change tightened the oil filter too tight and it may have caused damage the dumb part was i have only taken my car to this location

I can’t speak on the actual quality of service, but when is this location going to get some help. Sunday at noon and you have two people working. Lines causing traffic blocks. Watched 5 cars turn around and leave.

This is the worst oil change experience I have ever had in my life and I wish I could give this place negative stars. The staff here and in upper management is absolutely awful and did not address my issue in any type of way. I went to get my oil changed and they checked all of the other stuff in the car like they do usually. I thought it was fine when I drove away then later on when I turned my car on the second time since I left, my engine light turned on. My engine started sputtering in the middle of the street and my car is pretty much brand new so this shouldn't have happened. The next day, I went back to Valvoline and showed them that my engine light had turned on after I left. I didn't get an apology or a service where they actually took time to look into the issue. They looked in my hood for about 2 minutes and made sure my engine light was turned off but they did not pull a code for me to show me what was wrong. They took my invoice paper away from me to read over and then tried to send me off without it. For me to file a claim, I would have had to use the invoice number on that! They told me if the engine light turns on again to come back in. Sure enough, that same day, I turn my car on again and the engine light is back on. So at this point I'm very upset that I have to drive 15 minutes back for the third time to see what they did wrong to my car. They never admitted to messing up my car even though it was very clear that my car was completely fine before I took it there. So when I come in the final time, all the employees are laughing about how I am back again and yelling for their manager to come out when I have my window open so I can see and hear their childish behavior. Manager comes out and looks at my car. Once again no printed out code for what the damage to my engine is, no apology, no refund offer, and just a send off while telling me to spend another few hundred dollars to fix the damage they caused! I call in a claim with upper management and they cannot get a hold of the store manager to call me back! This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company and I will never be giving my money to Valvoline again. I recommend everyone to save their money and do the same! Upper management has still never helped me and this was a couple weeks ago now. I had my dad look at my car as he has experience under the hood. He found that the air filter was not put back in correctly when they moved it. So yes, it was their fault. Thankfully, this was a minor issue that did not need to be fixed for a high cost. It did tank my fuel economy though so I think I deserve a refund for all the extra money spent on gas because of the issue. I think I also deserve a refund for how I was treated. Being a younger girl, it is clear I don't know much about cars, but this is not an excuse to not fix my car 3 times and then send me off to spend all my money on stupid employees mistakes. Thanks Valvoline! Please try harder and stop treating people like idiots.

I am going to have an amazing summer, my car has been excellently serviced, you do an amazing service at highly discounted rate. I don't always have money to spare but i will come to Valvoline because i will have more than my money's worth. Thank you for all you do.
