Deserve "0" and no star.....Management has 2 lines system allowing motorists to jump lines instead of "alternating" or "first-come-first serve" policy. The worst of all servicemen missing a crucial detail - they left some gadgets loose in the process of servicing the car. The manager of the day was so arrogant that he neither acknowledged the poor service nor the mismanaged que system. This is the worst Vavoline facility I have ever been to. Avoid it!

Went to get my oil changed today on November 26 in the morning. It was the fastest service I have ever received and all of those guys in there were great. Appreciate everything they do.

Adam was so courteous and caring. It's my Mother's 5 year anniversary of her passing, and I was a crying mess in my car. He made sure I was taken care of and was understanding. He was so polite and his shift was over. He decided to stay and make sure I was put in the system correctly and that my coupon was in there. Thank you Adam. You made a hard day less of a burden 🥰

They didn’t have one of the filters I needed in stock but other than that, the service was great . They were professional and friendly . Plus they seemed very knowledgeable. The only issue was the filter not being in stock .

I manage the maintenance for 29 Fleet vehicles. I use Valvoline because they’re efficient nice guys and take care of all the things that I need quickly to get in and out. These cars are for delivery drivers and gotta be on the road quickly so kudos to the guys

Lied about free top off then charged me 25 after waiting 2 hours. Will never come back. Can go to Krogers and get cheaper oil to put on myself. Rip off

The folks here are so friendly and know their stuff. Calvin particularly was very informative, explained things and went over some services I didn't even know they did... but wasn't pushy! Fast, thorough and kind. No wonder they are always busy!!

Will NEVER go back!… Paid $110 for a synthetic oil change, Later on the same evening I drove my car appx 5 miles then surprisingly my oil light came on! After checking the dipstick it showed there was NO OIL in my car! Since they were closed, I was there at 7 AM the next day, the manager “Brandon” inspected my car closely only for him to tell me that oil was never put back into my car!!!! Brandon apologized and stated he was going to look into this more and review their DVR to see how this could happen, He also stated he was calling Customer Service to explain what happened and he “PROMISED” he would be calling me back that same day with some answers, Oh yeah, and he also stated I would be getting a free oil change, well it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from him, But get a load of this… I should’ve learned my lesson the last time I took my car there because they did not torque my oil plug correctly causing a slow leak (according to the Mazda dealer I took it to) Should’ve never given them another chance because this mistake was worse than the first! HOW DOES AN OIL CHANGING BUSINESS FORGET TO PUT OIL IN A CAR??? I was leaving for a 5 Hour Rd. trip that day and I’m just thankful my oil light came on so quickly otherwise I could’ve been sitting out on the highway with a blown engine! I will never ever take my car back to this place again!

I usually get my SUV oil change on Hamilton Ave in college Hill or Kia central in KY,,but today I didn't feel like going either place so I'm over on the West side let's get it oil change,, now oil done, but now tire light is on,, the guy said we checked in 32ps, check my doors for tires pressure is 33ps ,,like these cars are sensors sensitive..go to tire discount and they check all my tires needed air,,paided for full service and got a headache Valvoline

This is the best customer service experience I’ve had at a Valvoline location. I love how they work together & help each other out with the customer even while we’re waiting in line because it makes everything so smooth & seamless for the customer. Matt was amazing in helping me top off my oil & educating me on my GD engine & making sure I was taken care of. Great staff & great energy.
