Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Rudeness, lack of greeting, no attention to detail, did not complete check, left much longer than necessary, inefficient. Not at all my experience at other locations. Two bad experiences here, would never recommend this location! Ruins impression of Valvoline completely, and may be using other company since I have to go to further location to get decent service!

Valvoline Took advantage of my 22 year-old daughter check engine light came on. I sent her up there to let them check the oil they end up charging our $409. They changed the transmission fluid. They changed the front differential fluid and clean the entire fuel system and the check engine light is still on. I called and talked to management. They want to give me a couple of oil changes as I was talking to the manager. The lady who answered the phone took over the conversation, fussed me out and told me I would just have to live with the oil changes I’ve been taking my truck up there since 2007 and I feel me and my daughter was highly disrespected and taken advantage of !!!!!!!

Moose went above and beyond to replace my headlight bulbs could have easily gave up and sent me to a dealership.

Loyal customer for more than 10 years. Today I'm in for an oil change and transmission flush only to find out that they didn't have the tools for the transmission flush after sending me a coupon for the service. Found a compettior that did it for 60$ less. I will not be returning to Valvoline. On a good note, the staff was awesome and professional as always.

I waited at least an hour & 15min for the computers to reboot & they’re still not up. The staff was very nice & efficient but I will probably never go to valvoline again. They are finished with my car except for payment so I can’t even leave until the computers come back online. I feel like I’m being held hostage. It’s a good thing I didn’t come on my lunch break. I’d have lost my job. Make sure you have at least 2hrs to waste if you can’t go anywhere else but avoid valvoline altogether if possible.

My dad took my dodge caravan on Oct 26 and I have send the coupon to him and been using the online coupon that they emailed you each time you get service. Just because my mom didn’t come with my dad at the time of service they declined the coupon. This the first time this issue happened. I come here in regular basis for my oil change and never have problems using my online coupon. Because I guess if male using coupon they don’t honor it. Very disappointed with this .

Had a great experience at this Valvoline. All employees were really friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond. Saturday 9/7 at 4 pm. Give these men a raise!

Got my oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was good, but they didn't tighten the wheels properly, had to stop on the freeway to tighten them meself, they were very loose and I could have lost a wheel and crash because of that

DO NOT EVER GO TO VALVOLINE!! I took my Chevy Camero for an oil change and shortly after I left I started smelling a burning smell. I thought maybe this place spilled some oil but then later took a look and there was no spilled oil anywhere. I then checked the oil level and it turned out even despite paying one of the highest prices for an oil change for a Camero it was BONE DRY. They charged me full price and they didn't even give me the oil I had paid for. Actually they removed the oil that was originally there and didn't put any new oil in. I then returned and the manager had an nasty attitude. I asked if I start having engine issues if they will fix it and he refused. I made sure this time they actually gave me the oil before I left off the property. But later I realized I didn't get the managers name so I returned and spoke to other workers and I asked for the manager name that helped me previously and their response was " We're not allowed to give that information, it's against the law to do so, so I then started recording them and then just like that I finally got names. Then after I started walking out the building one of the workers I had just spoken to started chasing me up the street. Shouting at me. Please don't waste your time or money on this place they nearly blew the engine up in a very expensive vehicle. There were also previous locations I had a feeling they didn't change the oil filter after a few oil changes so I had someone else check it and comes to find out NOPE the oil filter hadn't been changed in quite so time. Valvoline is one of the places that charge the most for an oil change yet instead of giving you the service you pay for they will purposely try to destroy your vehicle. DONT DO IT PEOPLE NOT WORTH IT

Walked inside to ask if they had time to do both a tire rotation and oil change today, because I didn't want to wait in my car in line if that wasn't possible, and the employee inside literally made eye contact with me, got up, and left without saying a word to me. Incredibly rude behavior; if I was supposed to stay in my car, he could've just told me that instead of wordlessly staring at me and walking away. I left and went to the Winton Rd location instead and had a great experience.

Was having car issues and pulled into location and Moose was very professional and checked all my fluids and said I needed an oil change and quickly got me an oil change at a great price. I highly recommend this location and ask for Moose
