Apparently, they can't do any tire rotation. Lifts are broken.... ? 6:40 pm, sure they are.... Sounds like laziness, and they know their closing in 20 min. I'll never be back. Valvoline sure has gone downhill in recent years. They used to be great, not no more

Quick service, but at the expense of the bolts getting put back in holding my skid plate down. Did not realize until I was 30 minutes into a 2 hour drive, and the skid plate started to flap at high speeds. Had to go to a mechanic to make sure everything was alright.

Waited 45 minutes for an oil change after being told 20 minutes. I only stayed because they had me open the hood while I waited. One tech spilled oil all over the engine and didnt tell me, just acted shady about it. They used a funnel and a bucket to fill the engine oil. And now I am missing a spark plug cover. They never showed me the new oil level. Disappointed.

I love Valvoline , provides pretty good basic service. Always been there when I need them . ! !!! Reasonable prices and they always provide the service that I need for my car ! Which includes any maintenance or oil change & filter , check A/C , tire pressures , or whatever it is i need for my car which usually isn’t much on that specific day or date that I need them for :) ! I drive a Toyota and Toyota’s are usually very good taken care of and in well conditions brand and car and whenever my Toyota needs it’s little car maintenance here and there they help my car get right back on track :) ! Thank you , Valvoline for your service ! 😁

The past 2 times that I went they were put of diesel oil and had to go somewhere else very disappointed

This was the best experience that I’ve had! The other location that is closer to me always makes my car act up when I leave. This place had my car driving like new when I pulled off. They also put air in my tires and placed the caps back on (which the other location never does). The friendliness and attention to detail really touched me! You guys rock!!!

Excellent service! Despite being short staffed, the 2 guys working still got me our in a timely manner. They also had a great disposition about themselves despite the circumstances they were working under.

I'm giving 2 stars because most of the employees were great-- but the older white gentleman.. I assume he was either a manager or a supervisor of some sort--- made this the worst experience I've ever had at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. While going through the various preventative maintenance options I had to explain that my other car was currently in the shop and that I didn't have extra money this time around. He had an attitude about my saying no-- and at the end of the service, hands me the sheet with recommendations and literally says "Here you go-- go spend more money at the dealership for all this"... flips the paper at me...and walks away. Don't worry guy-- I'll be taking my business to another Valvoline location for my future maintenance needs. I certainly won't bother with Kemper Road-- its a shame, you've got some nice employees there.. but your attitude is horrid and you have no business in customer service if you cannot handle the word "no".

The workers are extremely efficient and a little pushy on the extras like wiper blades and filters. The prices are high but sometimes it's worth it because of the convenience. I like that you can stay in the car.

Waited for over 45 minutes. They did not readily have the tools to change the oil or replace the battery. I have never had such a terrible experience. They were not time efficient in any way
