Because the Air filter was bad quality- my car had check engine light while on the road trip after oil change - the dealer cost me time and money to find the reason and I had to replace the air filter with new. Not happy with the quality of filter

THANKS SO MUCH BRIAN! I went in for an oil change & asked to get my AC looked at bc it wasn’t blowing cold air. I watched Brian bounce around the shop handling 3 different cars including mine - doing it all w/ such grace & kindness. He addressed all my issues, answered all my questions, & even had recommendations for me. Thanks again! You are amazing at what you do.

Ridiculously slow. I drive right in, no delay to get started but took over 45 minutes to get just an oil change. The workers bickers back and forth. They didn’t tell me the total just put hand out for money, assuming I was reading her screen, seemed flustered with the two cars there and seemed to freak out when two more cars pulled up. Offered no discount even though they knew this took way too long.

I have been using this Valvoline for over 20 years with no issues, until now. A week after a Valvoline oil change, my check engine light went on. I have an error code reader, and it showed on oil pressure issue. After checking the oil level, which was fine, I made an appointment at the dealership and the issue was an inferior oil filter. I am not sure if Valvoline is now purchasing cheaper products, but the trip to the dealership to correct the issue made this a $180 oil change. Unfortunately, this was likely my last oil change at Valvoline.

The best thing about this branch is that they never force you to buy something unnecessary. I went there when the oil change time was due, but they suggested I come when I hit the mileage. However, they still checked my tire pressure for free. And when I came back when I hit the mileage, they checked everything they could and provided me professional suggestions. They are always trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! Offered to fix my car door that was dented in by a deer which caused a loud crack every time I opened it. It was like that for months and the worker fixed it within seconds. So thankful!

I wish I had gotten his name but the gentleman that helped me was amazing! He explained everything and made recommendations based on what I really needed as opposed to just selling me services that weren't.
