Have used valvoline for years, brought in a "new" used car I got and the checks of everything was very thorough. Recommendations for services needed at mileage intervals were pointed out. Best of all fast service.

I went here for a transmission flush, seemed simple enough to have done. Pulled in and the Asst. Mgr. Travis pulled me in and was nice enough, he popped open the hood and disappeared for about 20 mins, during this time an over makeup-ed girl who looked like she was headed to a EDM concert stuck her head right up against my ear while I was in the middle of a conversation with my respectable wife and proceeded to shout "hello" for whatever attention I'm not exactly sure what for (unprofessional), about that time Travis pops back up to let me know that he has done absolutely nothing to my car in the time I've been parked in the bay because he doesn't know how to do it. (asst mgr. doesn't know how to do a transmission flush? - seems rather sus if you ask me.) He then said to call back and ask for his higher up, "Chad" because he knew how to do it. This is where I had a face palm meme play in my head and decided to go elsewhere. Which was the best option because when I got home, I found that Travis did in fact manage to get his oily fingerprints all over my hood, and random oil squirted on the front fender and grill area which impressed the heck out of me to be sure. I'll be looking for a more seasoned group of professionals in the future.

They were fast and detailed didn’t Miss a thing communicated everything with added discounts I needed a recommended transmission flush and oil change and cheaper than going to the dealership where I bought my car and better service they truly do the 18 point check unlike dealerships 6 point Inspection I will always go here won’t Go to place I bought car unless nessesary valvoline truly helps in maintain and prevention keep your car running longer at best performance I noticed difference right away I highly Recommend this place

Good friendly quick service, but you'd think for a coupon discounted oil change that's still $100, they'd at least top off your wiper fluid for "free". Also they assured me they lubed everything but my chassis is sealed lmao.

I went there before vacation, went with all the recommendations they suggested, didn't get 10 miles before my rear end gave out completely because they didn't put fuilds back in , they did reimburse me for my rental I had to get for vacation, and they sent the truck to get fixed, unfortunately the shop the sent it to did a bad job, it's leaking. I asked Kendra the one who I was dealing with on the situation to help me out but she basically said to go to the shop , I asked for miles on the parts that was put it and never got that info either, so I'm definitely not satisfied with there work and I would not recommend that location.

They didn't screw my oil filter on all the way, and I am missing 4 bolts in my skid plate because they used an impact driver for some reason.

It’s hilarious to me how the post a price for an oil change yet that doesn’t cover the full amount of oil that your vehicle needs. Most cars require 6 quarts yet the price they list only covers 5 quarts, so then you’re forced to buy another quart at full price. Such a scam!

Went and had oil change done before my upcoming vacation to Outer Banks, NC and I will say that Logan gave me superior service and was so polite, friendly, and happy to help!! I think he went above and beyond to give me excellent service!! He even helped change my last name on my account back to my maiden name bc my account was still still under my ex husbands last name :)
