Not open at 8. Pretty much always opens late. Today I waited over 20 minutes for them to open the doors even though personnel was in the building. Extremely unpunctual. This incident was on 10/11/24 but has happened multiple times this week also.

Marissa was the manager there today and is so kind, nice, and funny! The whole staff is prompt, having a good time, while getting the work done. They all put a smile on my face while I was there. Great crew and atmosphere, will only go back to this location moving forward!

Paid a crazy high price for oil, filter, and not even 5 minutes of labor. They didn't check anything on my vehicle, no tire check, air filter, bo washer fluid. Sorry that I was such an inconvenience to your workers

Amazing staff! Service is prompt yet very thorough,, and delivered in an atmosphere of light entertainment. Staff is cheerful and smiling, offering coupons you did not know existed! Marissa is great and I always have a very positive experience there. They take very good care of my car.

These guys are so professional! Came in for transmission fluid exchange they were so nice took car of me quickly. They gave me a great deal and topped off my fluids and checked my tires! Thank you for a great experience and professionalism!!!!! 5 ⭐

I always go to this Valvoline because every time I receive excellent, friendly service. Today, there was a problem with a lugnut when they did a tire rotation. It could have been broken by them, but they werent 100% sure. Either way, They not only explained everything, they also set up an appointment at another company to have it fixed. Unforseen things can go wrong anytime, anywhere, and I thought the service they provided to fix this went above and beyond. I already trust Valvoline for excellent service, and today showed me they go the extra mile to maintain that excellence. Russ was awesome from start to finish, even calling me soon after I got home with the plan for the repair. Thank you, Russ, for your service today. And more importantly, THANK YOU for serving in the Army and protecting our country! It's people like you, hard-working and selfless, that make our country great. Valvoline, give that man a raise!

Great Service. The mechanics are amazing. Your in and out in about 15mins. You can't best that. They always ask if you have any coupons and if something needs replaced they inform you of cheaper prices at other locations and tell you to go get and we will insert the new part for free(headlights/wipers/air filters). Love this place.
