Update! The new staff doesn’t have the best customer service! The guy with dread locks Louise walked over to my car and asked me how can he help me when this is clearly a place to get an oil change! The staff seemed lazy and ready to go home. They also did not show me the oil stick before and after. No longer my go to for an oil change

I went here 2 times. Never again. Only 2 good things, the guy helping me was nice, and the oil change was done quickly. The first time I went there, I noticed my splash guard wasn't on all the way, but I didn't think that they did it, so I reattached it with heavy duty zip ties. The second time I went there, it makes me think that it's their fault, because they just took it completely off, and didn't know how to reattach it. After they put air in my tires, not all the caps were completely screwed on as well, so they have an issue with training on tightening screws and bolts. Another minor notable thing: I bought the passenger wiper, his supervisor said I'd get the second one free, I asked if I could get the same one (implying passenger side) and he said yes. He then proceeded to try and take off my driver's side wiper, I had to tell him 4 times to stop taking it off, he looked at me and proceeded to try and take it off after each time I told him to not to. I recently bought a driver's side wiper, I didn't want another one. Another thing, he was telling the guy helping me how to upsell right in front of me.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now, I’ve never had a problem with their oil changes. This particular time I was asked if I wanted my in cabin air filter changed. Which I said no to several times. I don’t know if they get commission for upselling or not. But I finally said yes so he could leave me alone since he offered $30 off. That would’ve been the equivalent of me changing it myself. After changing it, my car all of a sudden sounded like a lawn mower was in it. He told me I probably couldn’t hear it before because the sound was muffled by the dirty air filter. Like when you talk through a blanket you can’t hear a person clearly but when you remove it you can. His words verbatim. I left after that because I don’t like taking to people that think I’m dumb like them. I called the next day to speak with a manager. They told me I could bring my car back and they would look at it. Nothing was fixed. I got online and found out that Valvoline is notorious for getting leaves in the blower motor after changing the in cabin air filter. They wanted to convince me that the blower motor was broken prior to coming. All in all there were leaves stuck in it and my car is back to normal, not sounding like a lawn mower while the air is on. Go to them for oil changes, but nothing and I mean nothing else!!!!!

Do NOT get your state inspection here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They will come up with any reason to fail you on parts they just so happen to sell in the store. You will 100% get screwed if you go here.

Just had my car inspected by Alexis, the store Manager, and she was terrific - polite, efficient and no attempt to upsell. It took about the 15 minutes that I was told it would likely take. A very nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valvoline for an oil change before heading out of town to visit my mom. The customer service I received was phenomenal, and I want to take a moment to shout out three outstanding individuals: Jeremy, Brutal, and Alexis the Manager. Jeremy was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, ensuring my oil change was done quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain what was being done and provided helpful maintenance tips. Brutal's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the experience just as great. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Alexis, the Manager, leads by example. I visited this service station in 107 fh weather, only to be told by a technician that they were out of oil and I should go elsewhere. I was very disappointed by this unprofessional attitude. I strongly advise others to call ahead before going there for an oil change."

I want to extend a huge thank you to Alanna, Dominque, and Christi! My reliable car needed a lot of work, and Alanna was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and ensured I was receiving accurate information without feeling taken advantage of, which unfortunately has been my experience at other auto places. It was fantastic to see other women working on cars there too! I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks to Dom and Christi as well for their assistance in identifying a minor leak in my coolant that needs to fixed by mechanic! The service provided was excellent, honest, and my car is running beautifully now! I also would like to add that while I was getting service I could hear the workers singing and that just let me know that they are in a happy comfortable environment and when that is the case you always get excellent service so you might not make Broadway but you’re enjoying your job which most people cant say! Update 8/13 today I went in to check my oil the gentleman who helped me did not even show me the stick so I knew I needed an oil change or possibly a fill up of oil because I know I was running low but he says your oil is fine I also asked him about my tire pressure light and asked if he could reset the system to make it go away since I know my tires are filled up he says it’s a sensor issue I talked to another gentleman who asked the original guy who helped me he showed me the oil stick and he goes “dude I’m going to braums” you do it… then they both proceeded to argue about who’s not doing their job which I could care less who helps me but it’s the fact that I left with no oil change no oil added and my tire pressure light still on when I know it’s not a sensor issue.. I probably won’t come back to this location unless the girls are working

They SUCK, you can never get them on the phones. It goes to a Call Center then they said they'll have someone call back or if you do get through you get disconnected & have to start all over again. Garbage services!

This place is forever my go-to! Alexis, the manager, runs a tight shop but couldn’t be sweeter! Everyone that works here is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am always in and out super quick and feeling great about the service i received! :)

Big shout out first to 4 this guys who are working without AC in this shop and they are performing excellent up in here !! Mechanics are : Jeremy, Dame ,Dom!!! I recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I was impressed by their fast and efficient service. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was in and out in no time, which was incredibly convenient for my busy schedule. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quick and reliable oil change!

I have used Valvoline Instant Oil Change for many years. The service has always been dependable. Last Sunday I went to have the oil changed with a $15 coupon, I have a 2012 GMC Acadia. I was charged 96.00 dollars that included the $15.00 discount and a $5 up charge for extra oil. What in the world!

I’ve used this location for years but something is off. Had an oil change at 8 AM on a Friday and only 1 employee. Took almost 40 minutes to get done so I decided to wait on my inspection. I’m sitting here waiting and was told I am 2 nd in line only to find out there someone else in front of me. I’m sure I’m in for another long wait! So much for 5 minutes. Looking for another location as I wait
