Terrible service waited 30 minutes in line they had huge advertisement that they did inspections and waited for 30 minutes. Finally get up to the line. They’re like oh we don’t do inspections ;it’s been six months since we stopped doing them.Why not take off the signs instead of having people wait very disappointed. Totally bad service.

I've been using this facility to change my oil for two years and I have NEVER been disappointed! The guys and girls know what they're doing and when training they are with the new person step by step. They always honor my veterans discount and after moving I continue to travel the extra miles because of the way they do their job! Best oil change facility in Texas! I highly recommend them Adan in particular is my main man always funny always personable!

Terrible experience and they messed up my vehicle. Got my oil change 6 weeks ago, called in advance to make sure they had my oil filter and they stated that they did, once I arrived and after waiting for 30 minutes, they tell me they can’t do the oil change because they don’t carry my oil filter, so I run to auto zone to get it and when I come back I wait for an additional 45 minutes, after that’s done I get on the freeway and my undercarriage is flapping everywhere, they stated they would repair it, already talked to corporate and nobody answers and they just keep telling me that they’re ordering the part, it’s been 6 weeks since that happened!!!!

Put water in my washer fluid because they were out of washer fluid hat to ask them to check tire pressure...usually they do everything e/o you having to ask.

Came to get an oil change. They were out of filter for our vehicle. The guy said he would give us a $15 credit if we went to get the filter to Autozone. We went to purchase it and came back at 5:45 pm. Celest came to us and said they were no longer accepting vehicles. I told her we had to go buy the filter and come back. She said she’ll take us if we paid cash. Then, she gave us our total and I asked her for the credit for the filter. She said “I was doing to much since I already had a $25 discount”. She called the guy over and said she was not going to credit anything they did not come out of her mind. I told ok, we paid and she kept going off about wanting to go home already. Worst customer service. UPDATE. As soon as I left, my car started acting up! Come to find out they left their tool inside the hood of my car. If you want to keep your life and car. Do not come to this place!!!

I went for an oil change like 2 months and had a really good experience! Chris was very nice and helpful. I waited in my van while they changed the oil and it was pretty fast. Will definitely go back!

Excellent job, they got my oil change done quickly. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need, and the workers there were really nice. I got them a pizza and I recommend others do the same.

This place may be good but gahhhh damn 100 bucks for an oil change. Definitely last time coming to this place. Sticking with my org spot which charges 20 bucks cheaper for the same product. Gaaahhh dannnggg 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I called ahead to see if I could get an inspection done, was told yes. Once I arrived they told me the machine was broken. I drove 15 minutes to get my time wasted. Valvoline has permanently lost my business.

I have had the same shop for over 7 years do my oil change and I found this place in an emergency situation! Holy cow! I don’t think I’m going back to old place! Emily is very helpful and so nice!! The gentlemen are very knowledgeable and very polite! Definitely recommend!

Professional, friendly, working safely in this pandemic crazy world. They did my State emissions inspection. They did a thorough job. I recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change highly. I came back this time for an oil change. Once again received thorough service. The staff is very friendly and truly cares about their customers. They went that extra mile. I still recommend this location highly. Update: I went in for an oil change today, and I received the same excellent care and service as always. I will return to this location in the future, and I still recommend this Valvoline location for your service needs
