Adrián and Hope were extremely helpful today, they informed me about the current condition of my vehicle’s oil and transmission along with my cabin filter, while also providing proof for each suggested service! I give them a 10/10 and would definitely recommend this location for all your future service needs!

I went here to get an oil change around 40 minutes before closing time. The staff here, especially the girl has an attitude. They didn't want to do the job so they rejected my groupon code first. Later, I came to know that the merchant still accepts groupons.

First off I think the people there are awesome especially Jr. the store manager, But I have a bad experience.Do him web this company. I have a 2012 x5 BMW. I went in for a simple oil that became a nightmare. The store manager did his job above average job ,managing the problem. The local management drag the feet to resolving the issues for reimbursement for the problem they created. This is not a reflection on the store manager. I was asked to remove this from google, I feel like people who own european cars make it to be cautious and take your vehicle to a quick oil change place . To replace my engine is over $13000.That is not include removing the engine and installing the new engine.It will be over sixteen thousand dollars. With that being said, just be safe where you take your vehicle to get an oil change.

I went to have an oil change, there was no wait. Got right in. My high beems, bleakers and tire pressure where all checked. Oil changed completed. Left and went to costo up the street. Upon coming out of coscto to load my items in my suv, my kepfob is not working. Had the key for checked at coscto the battery was good. So it must be the battery in my car. Called Valvoline since I just completed my oil change there. And after a few calls, one of the managers Jeff calls me back. I said he didn't live far and would meet me at coscto. We'll thst is just what he did. He took a personal interest in assure I got in in my car, got is jumped and the follow me back to the shop to make sure my battery was good. We long story short. Remember I said the tech checked my high beams. I kinda forgot to turn them off and back to auto. 🤭 But Jeff was so nice and his lovely girlfriend. They did all they could to help me. Even though it ended up being my fault. So professional, just honestly good ppl. All the staff I encountered at the Green Valley Ranch location offered amazing customers service. Jeff went above and beyond. As long as I am in Denver I was ba a customer of this location. Thank you Jeff!!

Traveling across the US this week and stopped by for an oil change mid trip. The techs were super nice, but someone had spilled oil all over my engine while refilling. They didn’t let me know, while driving I smelled smoke from the engine bay, I pull over and see oil dripping from surfaces that got spilled on. I called to let them know to give them QA feedback and told them I wasn’t mad but that type of stuff just needs to be informed or corrected. It’s a fire hazard. The response was “uhhh well if that’s all thanks for calling valvoline, click.” Anyways, I’ve changed my own oil the last 40K, just wanted a quick oil change on the road and literally left fuming. 1 star for the customer service on the phone, no shade for the techs.

I recently brought my Volkswagen Jetta to get an oil change and when l get to the line, l wanted to know the price because every place l change my oil like Firestone , Midas charges differently. I asked the guy named BRYAN who was working there to know about the price!! This guy started talking and being rude and grumpy! He was mad the whole time my oil was been changed because l just wanted to know how much it will cost to change an oil! Such asshole! Experanza(hope) and the other guy was very helpful to me!

Negligence could of killed me or someone else. BEWARE. They were taking a little longer than normal to get me on the road and i asked if everything was alright and was assured that they were making sure my skid plate was secured "nice and tight". As i was driving on the highway my skid plate came undone on all but one bolt. It was raining at the time and if that one bolt hadnt of held long enough for me to pull over it could of come off and created a major accident. This is absolutely unacceptable and i want to speak to a higher up as soon as possible. Update: i was contacted by a representative who said they would compensate me for the new bolts after attempting to dissolve themselves of responsibility but failing to do so (but stated they were not qualified to refund the service that could of caused a major accident conveniently) and would send me an email address to send my invoice to for compensation. Then they never sent that email address. Dont trust these people. They are very dishonest.

Dishonest. Don't go here. I took my car (Land Rover LR2) at the end of January 2024 for an oil change. I called in advance to make sure they can do it and have all the needed parts/oil. Once they were done, they gave me a receipt for ~$120 and told me "You are good to go". These exact words. So I drove away. A few days later I noticed a substantial amount of oil leak under my car. So I took it back right away thinking they may forgot to do something. Because my car had absolutely no leak before the oil change. Once I got there and told them I have been seeing oil leak after the oil change, they asked for my receipt. I happened to still have it in the car so I gave it to them. They took the receipt and went inside and came back a few minutes later, showing me my receipt with a few lines of comments at the bottom saying your car has an oil leak. This seemed very suspicious because when they gave me the receipt after the oil change, they did not mention anything about the oil leak and they specifically told me: "You are good to go". I leave this to your judgement but I would never ever go back to any Valvoline because it seems to me that they had messed something up while they changed my oil and they covered it by adding it to my receipt when I went back. I took my car to another mechanic and it cost me $3000 to fix it. This is as if you go to see your doctor to get a regular check up and when you are leaving your doctor hands you your receipt and tells you "you are good to go" while he has written in your receipt that you have a tumor. And he did not think of mentioning it to you verbally. I think they just changed my receipt because it does not make sense to tell me "you are good to go" when/if they saw an oil leak. Plus, my car had no leak before the oil change. This is absolute dishonest and suspicious behavior.

I recently visited Valvoline in Denver, and I can't say enough about how awesome the crew was! After arriving in Denver, I checked my oil and noticed it was low, so I headed to Valvoline for an oil change. Not only did they change my oil, but they also took care of my transmission fluid and made sure everything was in top shape. They even asked me to come back the next day to check if any fluids needed topping off, which was such a thoughtful touch. But they didn't stop there—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe for my journey back. Junior, in particular, was fantastic! He was so friendly and genuinely concerned about my safety. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. This crew truly went the extra mile, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you, Valvoline team!

I went here last year and they didn’t screw in my skid plate correctly and it got destroyed and terrified me on e470.. they got me a new skid plate and I haven’t been back here but just went to another Valvoline location and they were 10x more thorough and attentive and told me I was still missing screws on my new skid plate. Unbelievable I see reviews about this happening with other people more recently at the same location when I thought it was a rare occurrence.

Just a bunch of kids standing around not doing anything, pretending to look busy. I arrived before anyone else and they got to 2 other cars before mine, even tho I got here before anyone else. When they finally finished the oil change, the guy that shows me the dip stick, stuck it inside my car to show me, and some oil dropped inside my car… you do that on the outside of the car 🤦 first and last time coming here.

Worst experience ever ... Didn't think my car and my dignity would be on the chopping block for a simple oil change ... Then to top it off, they laughed at me saying I needed to go down the road to purchase an oil filter, bring it in and still got charged a dollar for an oil filter ... grand total $107.39 and they wouldn't check any fluids. couldn't check tire pressure. didn't reset oil service indicator light ... nothing, worthless and useless! When I asked them to reset it, I was bothering them, so much that he just tried to guess the sequence pumping the brake 25 times while turning it off and on and hitting buttons. So now my anti-lock brake light is on as well as my change oil soon. shouldn't have said anything cuz that light was never on

I usually go to a place near my house in Thornton but I needed a quick one today close to our new office. They got me in fast (no wait) and were professional and speedy. There was no messing around, I heard them communicating to each other about what each was doing as it pertained to the job. They showed me the air filter and said it looked good. It was an honest job and I will be coming back and bring all our vehicles here. Thank you for your great service!

Brandon and Trey assisted me today and they were incredibly courteous and helpful. I had questions, as I almost always do, and they looked me in my eyes as they answered my questions and were incredibly polite. I was really wowed.
