Sorry but we don't have enough clearance for your car. 🥴 There was a car in front of me and the guys just didn't want to service me. Listen I'm not stupid and I've been changing oil my whole life ! This is my reply! I’ve been doing business with valvoline for more then two years and I know clearance of valvoline shop and I know where im going, its not the first time that some valvoline shops refuse to do the service just because of some of the are just feel lazy!

They tried to tell me that the state inspection couldn’t pass bc of my windshield not cleaning correctly which is not part of the inspection. And then once I said yes to replace it just so I could continue on with my life. They tried to keep my old windshield so I asked for it and they had it in a “new” box so they had it ready to resell. Just awful and scam

I had a transmission service done at the Valvoline on Osborne. I had remembered that I was going to go to the Valvoline on Pellicano but didn’t because last time they said they couldn’t do the service because the part was plastic in my car. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t do the service if they recommended it. So I went to the Osborne location and they did the service, no problem!!

I called ahead to make sure they had the right filter for my car and was immediately told about a coupon. I was greeted right away, told how long I would wait, and they stayed within the guidelines. The particular service rep that helped me was so friendly. He walked us through every step of the process and advised, but did not push for additional service that I would need very soon. We just moved to the area and I had previously been taking my car to the dealership where I always felt pressure to add on an additional service. Will definitely come back!

The employees where very nice, since they are not to blame, but if I give it 1 star, it is because they did not change the oil in my car because it is very old (Beetle), that seemed very silly to me, The company handles it that way, and they told me that they couldn't because they didn't have oil for the type of car (Beetle) and they also told me that they didn't have it registered in their database, can you understand that? because I don't, since the Beetles are very basic vehicles.

Tried using a coupon I received in email for special $18 off full synthetic blend but their regular price is $114! No thanks! Then to exit you get stuck behind cars in line to get a car wash, no other way out.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil and transmission fluid change. They tell me they had to pump in the oil by hand, which is why I had to wait so long.
