Awful! Went for an oil change charged me 7qts. On the way home, dash alert of low oil. Dip stick confirms. I go back in the morning to complain and they "check" and assure me it's filled and that it was probably a faulty oil pressure sensor. Well To get to the sensor I had to drain the oil, which im glad, bc it drained less than a qt! Sensor is fine. Wasted 75$.

I have been going there for 30 years and they have been 5 star. Until COVID! They went back to the company that owns them. Since then I have gone and waited in line for up to and hour, just to be told they didn’t have anyone to do inspections! Today was the fifth time this has happened. I will never go back. They could at least come out to the cars waiting and ask what they are waiting for! Poor way to treat customers!

I went, got full synthetic all the upgrades . They showed me my oil dipstick when they got done, it was black and thick. I said no, you didn't drain my oil or give me new oil because that's Not what it's supposed to look like after an oil change. I'm very upset but I'll let you know if they make it right. I called corporate.

I purchased new bulbs through a parts store. The Firestone up the street couldn't install it due to policy, so I brought it to Valvoline. Although they couldn't install the main headlight bulbs, they did install the fog lights. Employees were very kind and helpful.

Do NOT bring your vehicle here. When our oil change was done the drain plug was not reinstalled correctly so the oil seeped out and it blew the motor in my wife’s car two days before Christmas. The shop I had it towed to called me and told me it was clear the drain plug was not replaced correctly and that’s what caused the issue. They also said they have another vehicle in their shop for the same issue that had gone to the same Valvoline. I filed a claim and they took less than 3 days to investigate and deny it for lack of evidence. The reasons given for the denial didn’t make sense - the store manager told me they don’t touch the drain plugs but the area manager said their video showed the drain plug was reinstalled correctly. The area manager who did the investigation Chris was unwilling to hear out anything I said against his findings and simply kept repeating “sorry but we are denying your claim”. Of course if they are investigating themselves they are not going to admit they are liable or at fault. My son is autistic and my wife is now unable to take him to his school and therapy sessions as needed due to Valvoline’s negligence. We have already contacted attorneys. Don’t just take my word for it - read the other reviews reporting similar issues. There’s another from less than a month ago that also had their engine blown after coming to this same location. Save yourself money, hassle and mental anguish and avoid this shop!

I like getting to sit in my car while getting my oil change! The employees here are very courteous & come to you to see what I need! They even show me where I can get coupons to use that day!! Won’t be going anywhere else!

I continue to be impressed with the consistency of great customer service. Richard is breath of fresh air and makes me feel welcomed. The manager Tresman was also great. He was very helpful and I really enjoyed my visit.

This place is a joke!! If I could put a "0" I would. I took my car here back in September 17th. On September 27th I noticed that my oil light was blinking on and off. I took it to a mechanic and he stated that he thought they may have put the wrong oil filter in. So I got another oil change, BUT when he drained the oil out it was VERY THIN like water!!! It had no thickness to it at all!!! I had to have my car towed to the shop. NOW I need an ENTIRE ENGINE!!! I was told that when Valvoline put that thin oil in caused my motor to FAIL!!! I've been trying to be patient with this place BUT I'm the one doing all of the calling!!! I've only heard from them once and that's because I CALLED!! The employees that did my oil change that day were playing and joking around!!! That pissed me off!!! Had they NOT been playing maybe I wouldn't be in this situation!!! The area Manager Michael lacks customer service. If you haven't heard anything from whomever call back and let that person know that it's still being worked on or whatever the case maybe!!!! My car was running perfectly fine until I bought it here for an oil change!!! I WILL NEVER let them change ANYTHING for me EVER AGAIN!!! Hire some people that takes their job seriously instead of playing and messing up people's cars!!!! I should have left when I saw that they were playing and joking around!!! I've learned my lesson!!! I will never do business with this place again!!! ALL of them should GO BACK THROUGH TRAINING to learn how to give the proper CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is my first experience with Valvoline instant oil change. I am angry at everyone that knew about this and kept it from me. I can stay in my car and get my oil changed? Sold. Great service, fast, friendly with no pushy upsell.

Will not go back, they failed to attach the fasteners that hold the lower panel on and then had to wait an hour when I came back to find out they couldn't find the parts and would have to come backa third time. Manager was rude and wanted me to change lanes after I'd been sitting an hour already. I amazed me that they would let me leave with a potentially dangerous situation that could have cost them a lot if it had caused an accident. Manager needs to be retrained in how to treat customers.

They're usually pretty quick. I just left after waiting over 45 minutes today though. Employees were dragging around looking dazed and confused. I guess the day after a holiday is not good for fast service. I'm headed to Walmart🤷🏿‍♂️

Getting your oil changed at Valvoline is an experience because not only are you able to get your oil changed and sit in the car. They also give you other important details about your car that needs to be taken care of and they offer coupons.

Quick on oil change but they didn’t properly tighten the bolts on my skid plate and two fell off and one of the front ones was barely hanging on so I had to buy replacement bolts and fix it myself

Store drained my transmission fluid by accident, towed my car, and now won’t reimburse me for personal car use. They will not communicate with me either. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and now this kind of treatment. Poor customer service.
