The technician Benny did a SPECTACULAR job, and was VERY THOROUGH during his inspection & service of our Lexus vehicle. We will certainly recommend others to visit this Valvoline location, as well as use Groupon for their vehicles oil change service needs! Thank you very much Benny!

This has become one of my favorite Valvoline places. I stopped in for an inspection but get my oil changed here as well. The team seems to work well together and they focus on the customer. Good group!

Had a terrible experience here- went to get my oil change and as soon as I drove off the check engine light came on. I took it back and they couldn’t figure out why it came on and then just reset the code. I drove away and not even 2 minutes down the road the engine light came back on. The guy looked at it again and I could see him just googling codes that came up so he clearly didn’t know what he was doing or how to fix it. He told me he didnt know why it was on and to call customer service as I requested a refund or to come back when the manager was there. I drove down the street to another service place and they did a diagnostic and found the check engine light to be caused by a hose disconnected from the air intake tube to the throttle body and oil cap not seated properly causing a vacuum leak. The kindly fixed this for me for free and told me to not go back to valvoline which I definitely won’t be doing. Don’t go here they don’t know what they are doing!

Staff was efficient...I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I also got to stay in my car, which is nice. Found a coupon online that took some money off, too. All in all, pretty solid experience!

Never disappoints. Fast efficient and I cant stress this next part enough; reliable service! Case in point, I went to a Take 5 twice at 2 separate locations, and both times I'm leaking transmission fluid after the change. What does transmission have to do with an oil change??? Paid out of pocket for my local guy to fix. Never going to Take 5 again! Valvoline consistently A+++ service and will only let Valvoline exclusively handle my oil changes.

The line was over 40 min. After waiting 40 min they pulled me out of the line I was in to another one then the car behind me got their oil changed while I waited another 20 min when I had been there longer than everyone else. Absolutely ridiculous

Went for an oil change that took more than an hour. I was lined up on bay 1 with a car ahead of me. As the car pulled out one of the employee had me back out so the truck in bay 2 can go as that vehicle came before me. However, Xterra on bay 3 that came after me went in when the vehicle in front of her was done. Not sure why I was made to go through the hassle when it does not look like Valvoline policy to have the vehicles back out because another was before me and if that is the policy then obviously it is not followed consistently. I normally get the filters and wipers(if needed) changed during oil change but I for the impression that they were not interested in providing service to me. Manager did promise me 20%off on my next service but I don’t think I am interested to spend an hour for an oil change.

i didn’t go to thus place but called for state inspection and asked how many cars are in line right now. i was told that they can’t provide the estimate time because it can change quickly, which is true. i just asked how many vehicles in line right now, but rep told they can’t share that info. it is expected to have different numbers of vehicles and different wait time when i get there, but even before getting there, experience was not good. whats the problem on sharing how many cars in the line for inspection? i sure wouldn’t have had good experience if i had gone there

AVOID AT ALL COST! $1500 more expensive when filter flies off on the highway. Then they refuse to take accountability and it cost us over $1500 to fix. I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT go here, it will cost you way more when you leave. I promise you don’t want to deal with the headaches they will cause you and your family. Almost lost our dogs to the heat when it happened and couldn’t turn the truck on in 105 degrees for 3.5 hours. NIGHTMARE!!!

Arrived at the business and pulled up to the center lane. All three bays were occupied. Another truck pulled up in the lane to my left just a few seconds after me. After 5 minutes or so an attendant came out and spoke to the person in the truck. Did not acknowledge me at that time. Knowing they were busy, I waited close to 15 minutes. Still no communication or acknowledgement that I was there. So, I pulled out and left. I figured that if I didn't matter to them, then I won't spend my money there.

Took for an oil change. They didn’t seal everything properly. Whole driveway is stained. Went back and they took a look at it. They admitted to not have doing it properly. They said they would send someone out to clean my driveway. It’s been 3 months. I’ve gone and keep telling me they will send someone. My vehicle is still leaking oil. They didn’t fix the problem. Never had any issues with my vehicle and now I’m leaking oil everywhere that I park. All they offered was a free oil change and my vehicle is still leaking oil and my driveway is all stained. Went today again for a follow up and the manager Benny once again said they’ll send someone Sunday. When asked about the leaking of the oil. Tried saying it wasn’t on them although never had the issue before going there. Instead of being apologetic, he told me “try taking us to court you’re not going to win.” Also while they were closing my hood, I heard the lady tell Benny the leak could be coming from up here. There was a lot of oil” and he gave her a look and shook his head kind of like “be quiet” and when I asked her about what she said. She just said oh it was nothing. I must’ve dropped some oil but I cleaned it so it’s fine now. So that was very shady

Update - After I sent pics to management they gave us a refund. Doesn't remove the scratches but we appreciate the gesture. Thank you. Staff was friendly and polite, but they need to take better care of OUR property. My husband had JUST cleaned this engine cover this morning when he washed the car. It was spotless with no oil or scratches. I mentioned they were wiping up oil when I got the car back home to him. He opened the hood and not only was the cover smeared with oil (he had already re-cleaned it before he asked me to take the pics of the scratches)....but it had to have been laid upside down on the ground and even kicked to get all these scratches within the 30 minutes it was off. Teach your employees to take better care of OTHER people's property please.
