We pulled up and they had us move, put a car in front of us, then the car behind us was serviced first, before us. Then it took over an hour to get an oil and tire rotation. We were told 10min for tire rotation and 15 min for oil.

Everyone was very friendly, they didn't have my filter but went to the parts store and got it anyway. They even topped off my wiper fluid for free and checked my tire psi. Wait time is a little extended and prices are higher but no appointment is convenient.

Omg Kris is such an amazing manager! I came in to get my oil change and after I left some light came on so I headed back and Kris worked to figure out what was going on and when she found the issue she didn't just fix it but she coached the staff member who made the mistake. It was a great experience! 10/10

The internet said $40.00 we get there and they are oh yeah its $140.00 because the oil is synthetic. The oils not $100. So yeah this place is terrible!!

I've been taking my vehicle here for oil changes and general maintenance. Recently, along with my regularly scheduled oil change, they changed out my transmission fluid (a 60k mile service) and my differential fluid (a 30k mile service). They checked my battery (which had just begun to give me problems) and told me it was bad (as I suspected) and changed that out as well. They have a great crew: professional, courteous, and pretty darn good at getting you in and out in reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them and plan to continue to utilize their services. ------------- [Edit] I just took my car in the other day and had the following done: Transmission flush Power steering flush Radiator flush Front and rear transaxle serviced Transfer case serviced As always, I got great service and my vehicle runs so smooth.

Second time here and they are GREAT! The wait time wasn’t long to drive through and love the fact we can stay in our car. They show you your oil was changed on dipstick and make sure all fluid are topped off. I also paid for a fuel treatment for my car. Thanks guys see you in a few months.

Oil change went great, guy with the mullet’s customer service was great, but Angel was lazy I wish it was the other guy taking care of us. We asked Angel to check our fluids and he didn’t, he only checked the oil stick and flat out lied to my girlfriend saying that it was all good…they used to top it off years ago and went beyond with their work and not to mention, made sure to check our signal lights. Angel didn’t do any of that, he checked one tire pressure and that’s it. Maybe talk to him about not being so lazy or just look for another career…I did notice that the guy with the mullet also had to check our oil stick almost like he knows Angel slacks off…does he even know what he’s doing? We’ll be back in hopes we get another guy and Angel is talked to.

Well over a year ago I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and the tech accidentally broke my hub cap. The manager at the time as well as his successor continuously dismissed me, but after countless inquiries, followups, emails, and calls, I was able to get the proper eyes on the issue by leaving a review, and once I got the attention of the right people I finally got results. The current manager, Matthew, and KG the social media customer care specialist worked together to order a replacement hub cap and install it within a day of my issue coming to their attention. They were respectful of my time and took responsibility for the blunders of the managers that came before them, and I can't express how much I appreciate that after dealing with such dishonest and lazy managers before them. I went in today to have the hub cap installed, and while I was waiting in line one of the techs (I wish I got his name) who was checking people in helped resolve another issue I had been told at this location under previous management couldn't be resolved. My rear windshield wiper mechanism had been vandalized and turned practically upside down some years ago, so the tech found some tools and fixed it while I was waiting in line. I've asked multiple times on previous visits what I could do about that and was told that I'd have to go to a mechanic to get that fixed, but he did it in two minutes while I was waiting in line. That dude deserves a promotion because he clearly cares about helping people. Once it was my turn and I told them I was there for my hub cap, Matthew came out to shake my hand, introduce himself, and install the hub cap himself. This is how you treat customers that you want to come back. Regardless of the previous managers dropping the ball, Matthew has clearly righted this ship and changed course back in the right direction, and his leadership is reflected in the genuinely helpful nature of his current staff. This is a location that I can now confidently say is going to treat my business, my time, and my car with respect and decency, and I will definitely be returning to support this new team. This review went from a one star to a five star all thanks to KG, to Matthew, and to his crew, I'm truly grateful for how they resolved this.

THEY OWE ME AN OIL ACCESS COVER I’m sure they thought I’d forgotten, but I did not. Last August I had the oil changed my 2021 Camry. Everything seemed fine until I was driving and started to hear a scraping sound. When I pulled over I saw the oil cover dragging on the ground. I called this Valvoline location and they said to bring the car back so they can look at it. When I drove over to the business nobody knew what I was talking about. One of the mechanics took my info down and said that his manager would be in touch…. Nobody called me back. Long and the short of it: Valvoline was negligent and did not properly secure my oil access cover upon completion of my oil change.
