I did not have a good experience. David worked on my truck. I let him know that I only needed an oil change. He proceeded to try and open my air filter box which took multiple attempts and 5 minutes to pull out my filter even though I told him i take care of my own filter that is resuable. He proceeds to show me my air filter and tell me it needs to be replaced with a $40 air that is better than my filter. When I told him no he put my filter back in. He ended up breaking the MAF connector that plugs into the MAF sensor on the air intake box.

The techs were quick & efficient, they explained what my vehicle needed, the cost, reviewed my vehicles service history & made a recommendation to change the carbon filter which hasn’t been done in over 3 years.

This is not my first time at this location and I plan to go there as long as Michael is working! He is a solid guy & truly knowledgeable. He also has a way with customer service that feels as though you are his only focus. SOLD!

STAY AWAY!!!If I could give zero stars I would. Took my truck to get an oil change and I took my own upgrade oil filter. They installed their cheap oil filter instead of mine that I took. Was such a waste of time. Also asked them to grease the suspension components and failed too. Had to take it again and inspect that they actually did. Stay away for this dump. This place needs to close down for sure. Horrible!!!!

Went for an inspection. The inspection guy said my tire was low (it was fine when I left the house). He said he tried to fill it up, but couldn't, he was getting an error code on his air machine and the tire had 3psi. Another tech also tried to put air in my other tires and said they wouldn't take air... He then would not continue my car inspection and advised that I immediately go to discount tire and get it checked out. I had a feeling this guy didn't know what he was doing based on his terrible attitude. I left and drove to my office a few miles away, where I proceeded to fill up my tire with my handy little air pump that I keep in my car. This guy not only let ALL the air out of my tire, but let me drive on it completely flat, and wouldn't finish my inspection. Complete waste of my time, and potentially could have ruined my wheel. Will never go back after the arrogant attitude from him.

**IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! ** I had an extremely disappointing experience at Valvoline recently. After bringing my car in for a routine oil change, I discovered that no oil was actually put in my car. This negligence caused my engine to overheat, leading to potential severe damage. They left the oil pin out!! I am demanding a full refund for the oil change service. Additionally, I believe a re-evaluation of all employees, including the manager Elijah, is necessary to ensure this kind of oversight does not happen again. I will also be contacting the CEO to express my concerns and ensure proper action is taken. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Dont go to this place if your dont want your car to be destroyed. I serviced my car for an oil change and they didnt tighten up my cars drain plug. my car ran withouth engine. BE AWARE AND PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOUR CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR PASSENGERS

Had a great experience with Michael the store manager and his staff. Very friendly, professional, and rapid service. Michael was knowledgeable and not pushy with upselling etc, and even changed my blown taillight which I was putting off doing myself lol. Also changed my oil drain plug for free! Compared to other places to get your oil changed, the price is about the same after using the coupon on their website, but I'd highly recommend due to greater value for money (included basic vehicle inspection and quick service) as well as cleanliness and ease of access. I had a good experience, I will come here again, and I'd recommend you to as well!

Refused to inspect my car that is 16 years old and has passed inspection every year. Claimed the tint was too dark. I spoke with the manager who tested it again and the tint is fine. Apparently it was a new device and wasn’t working correctly. Happy that they listened to my concerns and took care of it.

This place rocks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Yes, it is just an express oil change place so the prices are going to be a little much, but the service is top notch. They got a new manager a couple months ago and he is awesome. He always makes sure I am taken care of. Yesterday they very kindly retested my truck because it kept failing inspection for the OSDII monitors not being fully ready. After 150 miles and 2 code resets I was finally able to get the test done before EOD on the third try. I pulled up right at 7pm and they still helped me AND offered to top off my vehicles fuilds and air in my tires. Putting in the extra work like this really shows. Hats off to the new manager and the crew for going an extra mile. They deserve extra praise.

Very bad experience call them from their parking lot and ask are they doing state inspection they said yes you’re well come till 6 pm .The one the the employee came when told I came for inspection he told me they can’t do it today and I mentioned that minute ago someone on phone say yes . Guy return me I called the same number some other lady picked (first time it was male) and told me she don’t know and suggested me to go and try other locations.2:40 pm 1-29-24
