Quote was different than what I was told over the phone they said $75 for oil change and charged me $89 in store. I was fine since they seemed nice. Two weeks later engine light turns on come to find out they only filed up the oil half way. Looking to sue this place for malpractice my car still won’t stop rattling even after I filled it up.

The staff were professional and thorough. My oil change was done quickly, and they even filled up my tires. I will definitely go there again.

Called their customer service line twice. In both occasions, the rep gave me totally different quotes from what I got in-store.

Kelley was great. Patient and explained and showed me everything that was being done and what was suggested to be replaced or completed. Nice staying in the car to watch the work.

Have to say I am all around impressed. Not only was everyone super welcoming and the service was quick, they were all cracking jokes and having a good time. Made for a quick time there and it was most definitely enjoyable. While I do most of my services on my vehicles myself, the prices aren’t super high compared to most places. I won’t hesitate to go back there as the environment alone was enough to bring me back.

Can I just say I love it here. They were fast and accommodating. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything like I usually do at other places and I know it was hot but they were all smiles. The workers were ALL friendly and welcoming and I will defintely be back

I used to come here all the time when it was a kwik kar. I was a bit hesitant to get my oil change as of today is now a valvoline. They do not make you get of your car. In my eyes they tried to make it more “convenient”, is not. I ended up paying 106 plus some change for an oil change. I have never payed for something so high. My bad review is because of the gentleman response. Synthetic oil is more expensive.. umm sir I’ve bought my own oil before is not much of a difference. Simply say you guys (Valvoline) charge a higher price. They splashed oil all over my windshield (they did cleaned it) and took longer than 15 minutes. I simply told the man I was not coming back. This location was simply trying to charge way too much. Kwik loyal customers stay away from this place. I have lived in this area for 6 years I have to look around for a new location.
