Came in with my vehicle and my sister’s vehicle as well. Today these gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. Lastly, extremely fast. Appreciate it fellas.. Blessed Ya’ll souls.

Kelley, Blair, Hunter and Clark all did a fantastic job, brought 2 cars to them today and they did oil changes, filter replacements, transmission fluid changes, as well as checked all of my lights, signals, etc. Fast and professional. Will definitely be back to this location! Thanks y'all!

Karl, Dmarius & Taylor at store 211 were absolutely amazing!!! I came in with my two small girls at 5pm (so sorry fellas!) but they were gracious and kind! I mean such a great team!!! I am so happy with the service, care and kindness this team gave!

HANDS DOWN PERIODT IVE FOUND MY NEW OIL CHANGES SERVICE!!!! WENDY IS A BEAST!! Knowledgeable! Helpful! Caring! I can definitely appreciate that being a woman and going to Take 5 down the street and feeling like they wouldn’t didn’t and wasn’t very helpful. Everytime I’d ask a question it was like I was bothering them. As a woman who has to get my car serviced I’m always anxious 😬 cause this is my baby & I need my vehicle at the best working conditions possible!! Wendy was diligent and HONEST!! I needed a wiper and I knew I did and she was found my tear and now I can face Houston’s rain 🌧️ with no worries! This place is amazing very polite very friendly highly competent. Came in early so the staff had time to chat as they worked. Elijah ad his coworker dmarius were a super star team and personally I feel deserve a raise

Came to Valvoline to get an inspection after being turned away from Take5 down the street. I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. A huge thank you to Dmarius for his customer service, being knowledgeable & most importantly for his professionalism! I will be returning, highly recommend!

This is an excellent location! Service attendants were very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. They didn’t try to hard sell me extra services that I don’t need- I really hate that s***. I’ve been using this company for all my oil changes since I purchased my vehicle in 2018 and I’m sticking with them!

I have taken my car(s) two different oil change services but this particular location is the only one that I feel had the proper knowledge about the oil that was going into my car. These guys were extremely friendly and did not pressure you into getting other services done like other places does. TAI was one of the guys that handle my oil change and because of his knowledge about not only the oil that was going into my car but how to charge my keys inside of my car, *which I didn't know my car could do that my car could do that* I can firmly say that I will never go to another place to get my oil change because of my experience. I recommend anybody that wants to get their oil changed without feeling pressured into getting anything else and at the same time learning something new to have your car serviced here

This location is basically a start up. Nice staff. But their systems were down. A 20 minute oil change turned into an hour. Had my $25 coupon from Valvoline. But staff couldn’t accept it because manager was not available. They gave me a $20 coupon credit. I likely will not return despite convenient location and friendly staff who are hamstrung by lack of support from either their corporate or franchise management.

Just changed from Kwik Kar to Valvoline ownership. Manager was professional Price went from $79 to $109. That’s a 33% increase. I complained about it obviously. It’s not right. I’ve been going there for years. When a business opens it usually offers a LOWER price to draw people IN! Quite the opposite. I went to another oil change place and saved almost $20.
