I don’t recommend this location. I went for a simple light bulb change and the manager lied to me stating he would have to take off my bumper and the light bulb required was HD. I never had HD lights and bought a light bulb from a different Valvoline before. If you’re in the Champions/Klein area just go to the Valvoline on Louetta. The 1960 obviously needs more training.

They got me in and out in no time. Showed me the oil levels, colors and explained everything. No complaints and it saved me time not doing it myself.

We took a new Kia carnival here for an oil change. They didn’t have the right oil filter for it. Instead of just telling us they can’t do the service. They try to put the wrong part in ( bang it in to fit). Now the new Kia carnival have oil pressure, and engines issue. They tell us to take it to the Kia dealer ship, didn’t offer to pay for the cause. We have to ask for them. Just honest review

Good prices and friendly staff, but I wanted a state inspection done on my vehicle, but they couldn't do it because they said their machine was down. It was the second Valvoline location I went to with the same problem.

Took forever to replace oil/filter with car inspection Like more than an hour Offer you to stay in the car, with no AC , in super hot weather Plus it is more expensive than other places Won’t go there anymore

BEWARE! They took advantage of my teenager and charged her double for a oil change on a small car with very low mileage. I do not recommend.

I visited this place for an oil change, and they recommended servicing the transmission. I agreed, but they used the wrong fluid, resulting in damage to my transmission. Another branch of the same company confirmed the damage was caused by the incorrect fluid. When I informed them of the situation, they attempted to come up with excuses. When I mentioned what their other branch had said, they were at a loss for words. I advise against using this location if you want to avoid vehicle damage.

Been coming here for a while, always am able to get the service that I want pretty quick. Never been more than two people in front of me, but most of time there's no one here to keep you from getting in and out very quickly. Considering that this is 1960, at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, let's just say I'm appreciative!

I was just there and an employee tried to say that the oil change was 112 dollars. I would be careful who to ask for an oil change there. As a matter fact I will be going back soon to report that employees name.

Just got our oil changed here, after attempting to get a oil change at our dealership and encountering a 3-hour wait. This place gave us excellent service! They were quick and efficient and kept us in the loop the whole way. We were in and out, and in addition to the price being reasonable they had a coupon available. We were extremely happy with our experience today, and although this place is about 20 minutes away from our house and there are other oil change places in between, we will definitely be driving down here for our next oil change! Thank you to Stephen and the rest of the crew!

The best in customer service. I have been to establishments previously where I sat in my car and was ignored..the goober of Texas, and that's a one off. At Valvoline I have always been treated with respect and the customer service and attention to detail is the best.
