The service here was really good. I got an oil change on my car at another mechanic, and when I got home my oil was leaking all over my garage. I took it to this Valvoline to get it looked at, and a gentleman named Paul helped me. He fixed the issue and looked at a few other things and helped tweak some small things. He was a life saver and the service here was great from everyone. Would recommend for sure

1. I arrived with a long line. I understood I would need to wait. Customers that arrived after me were serviced before me. I had to assert myself to not be jumped in line anymore. 2. Slow service even with line.

I came 2 minutes before closing but the service was great and Armohnie did a great job! He was fast, efficient, and professional! He was also nice and friendly and gave me advice about the car and what to look out for. Excellent service! Thank you Armohnie! I will be coming back!

I have been going to my Car Dealership for service. This Dealership goes through a checklist at check-out. The service at Valvoline found two filters that were really dirty. My Car dealership's checklist indicated they were ok. Way to go Valvoline.

I took my car to get the inspection on Saturday everything was going well until he asked me to trun on my wipers, then he ran a rag over the blade and ask me to run the wipers again, and then he proceeded to tell me that for my safety my wipers need to be replaced and could be taken care of for 14.99. There was nothing wrong with my wipers. He didnt pass my inspection; He proceeded to say once I get them replace I could go back and pass the inspection free of charge. I went inside to speak with a manager and was told that the guy I was talking to was the manager. I left and came back on Monday and talked to the attendant about my inspection and run the wipers for him. Then he went to talk to the manager and came back and said now it was my wild shield as it has a crack. and he started picking at the crack with his pen. I told him thats not what I was told originally. With all these excuses: if they get audit or a cop pulls me over they would get in trouble. So ridiculous. I ended up going somewhere else and passed the inspection. After talking to customer service, was told they back up their employees. Well thats good to know so I don't get any work done there.

It says 15 minute oil change in the front, and I was behind only 3 cars and waited more than 40 minutes. Very misleading

The service was fast and employees are very courteous. Mr.Alfredo went above and beyond when they were changing my car oil and check the everything was good and told me what service I needed on my car.

The team was great, but one guy decided he wanted to check my inside the car air filter. The place he was looking was tight and I could tell this was a bad idea, so I asked him to stop. Somethings require a dealer's expertise.

Camille and the whole crew there today was awesome. It’s my first experience doing an oil change with them as I was taking my car to the dealership before. Sitting in my car and everything getting done quickly (oil change, inspection, air in tires and new windshield wipers) was so so easy. Quick and painless. Super fast, quick, inexpensive, and friendly oil change service. Paul was my technician and he was very friendly, professional and you could see how well all of the service technicians got along too. It’s nice to see a positive work environment they seem to have here too which is unrelated to the oil change but does enhance the customer service experience. Will gladly keep coming here my routine oil changes on my high mileage car. I’ve gotten a car inspection here before too and it was also quick and easy.

I am as honest as they come. I serviced my car here twice. The second time the tech came up from under the bay. He explain they had stripped the pan and would install a plug. I really didn’t understand the significance of the issue. I called and gave the manager an opportunity to rectify the situation. He wasn’t interested. Gave me all kind of excuses. They’re suppose to be the experts. In this case they weren’t. If he had shown a level of care. They would still have me as a customer.

Received a coupon for an oil change. This is the second time coupon that I've used a coupon at this same location for an oil change and NEVER had s problem. Service has always been pleasant and friendly. It's nice to see women working there who know what they are doing.
