Great service for a state inspection. The car wouldn't connect at first and the gas cap machine was having trouble, but they took some effort to get the connection right and the car passed with no problem. My car only has 21k miles so it was fine but a lot of shops would have tried to sell me something I didn't need or fail me outright. I'll be back for inspections on all my cars now, they're thorough and have great customer service. Update: Just went back for another annual inspection, Johnny and the team were just as awesome as before. Got me in and out quickly and no high pressure unneeded up sells.

Muy mal servicio , solamente le pusieron 3 cuartos de aceite a mi carro aparte , empezó a prender mi el check in , no entiendo porque cobran tanta cantidad de dinero y no hacen bien las cosas como se debe , estoy muy desatisfecha pésimo servicio y muy caro !

Excellent customer service from Johnny and Anthony! I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived 5 minutes before opening and they waved me in to start working on my car. In and out within 15 minutes for my state inspection...most places will tell you the machine is "broken!" Filled up my tires and topped off my fluids as well. Both employees were friendly and provided professional customer service. I will definitely be back for my oil changes and future inspections!

The service technicians that changed my pool and inspected my vehicle were not only professional and fast…. they were funny and made the experience actually fun which made the time fly by even faster. I will go to this Valvoline location again!!!!

New location I went to, but always the best customer service at Valvolines so if you would like to get a oil change and more, this is a good place to go and they don’t hassle you to buy anything. That’s one thing I love but they will recommend it but no big hassle.

Ive seen the mixed reviews for this location, but everytime i have personally gone i always get the best service. Friendly and professional staff. I always treat them with respect. I went in today and the staff was quick and efficient. Super friendly. Gave me recommendations on what to do with my vehicle next without it feeling like a gimmick or an upsell. The service and staff here is great. I can not stress this enough, get your oil changes done here. Never had an issue. Thanks again guys ill be seeing you in 3k miles

They professionally took care of my oil change and changed my cabin air filter! I have been to other shops that never checked that filter. It definitely needed to be replaced! Thank you.

Although the Manager and crew were professional and quick, the def need to work on not leaving items loose. For some reason, they removed my washer fluid filler neck from The bracket and I found it loose because it was making noise and for some reason ripped the battery terminal protector off the pos post and left it loose. Also, may be unrelated, but my check engine light came on briefly but immediately shut off. But that may be unrelated but I am def keeping an eye on it. Oil level is full, and no leaks. So idk. We will see. It would have been nice to know they offered tire rotation. I normally do that my self but it was raining.

I drove there and they were "open" but not open. Meaning at 9:00 a.m on a Monday morning they had cones in front of lanes and no one came out to even say anything. Imagine having to wait several minutes there on top of 20 min back and forth in the Shepherd dr construction traffic and not even getting an oil change, and then if that fits the instant oil change definition you have in mind, you're more than welcome to give this place a shot.

One of their courtesy services is to check air pressure on your tires. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my tires after my oil change and my specialty tire caps were gone. It is very disappointing when those who service our vehicles must be watched like a hawk for theft. I can assure you the facility who is trained to remove a cap check the pressure then put the cap back on did not keep them by accident. This does not belong in my neighborhood.
