Sean Kyle and Ashton took care of me today. They were kind, pleasant, very communicative, high energy, and walked me through the process step by step. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at the high level of professionalism these men exuded towards me and the other customers I witnessed today. If all of your Valvoline Oil Change stations maintain this level of professionalism, paired with the other traits I listed above, I will gladly suggest friends/family use these facilities for oil changes, inspections, and the like for the foreseeable future. Thank you for training your employees well!

Technicians explained what oil is recommended and showed me the dirty filters that needed to be changed out. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about cars. I will recommend this store on w Tidwell. 10/10

Recientemente este sitio cambió a la marca Valvoline. El servicio es super rápido (aproximadamente 10 min), muy buena atención de parte de Josh y William, te hacen un chequeo general del carro. El costo del cambio de aceite varía entre 80-1100$, pero Valvoline siempre tiene cupones disponibles (online) los cuales puedes utilizar. Anteriormente era Kwik kar Lube & Tune. También está disponible para hacer la inspección del estado de Texas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

9/3/2024 moved them up to a two star. They have updated my oil filter with a temporary one at no charge. However, I went in today to get the new one as requested and at 8:05am, no one was there. There were two vehicles waiting for the place to open. At 8:07am, the first person arrived in shorts and tshirt. Did not take it in for replacement. Will try later today when the location is fully staffed. Still a leak coming from somewhere, but they say it's not from them. Didn't have it before the previous visit. Took my car in last week and they had difficulty changing the oil filter. They stated someone stripped it. However other places have had no problem doing this. It took over a hour to complete and I asked for new filter and they charged me. They even had to go buy a different tool at auto zone. Now I’m noticing oil leaks in my driveway. I hope they fix the issue and it’s nothing with the oil pan.

The technicians work well and are informative about the services needed. However, they charge $100 for a synthetic oil when you can go to the local shops for $55-$70. They charged me $55 for an air filter. They scalp for extra services and are too expensive compared to other options for the same quality. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
