Easiest, fastest, and best quality service I’ve had for a quick oil change. Facility is spotless, every employee I talked to was super nice and helpful, Jojo and Hunter were real cool and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend taking your ride in if you need an oil change

Major shout out to JoJo and the crew!! This was my second time going, and JoJo assisted both times. It was refreshing to see him again because his cheerful demeanor and his professionalism were both times a joy! This young man is going places of positivity. The crew were also professional and joy! It's not everyday you go somewhere to get any kind of service and you can tell the team of workers there enjoy their job and each other. Thank you JoJoooo! 😁

Total waste of time. Sat in traffic to get all the way there on a Monday morning. Got there at 8 am sharp, and no one was at the store, and no one ever showed up.

JoJo was super helpful and friendly during my visit on 9/18. I came by at 6:30 pm and asked if they had time. JoJo said of course! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I took my car ( Mercedes Benz C230) in to Valvoline Oil Change Shop. It is only 10 minutes from home. The price is great. The staff changed my oil, oil filter, added coolant, and did maintenance checks on my car. That's nice. They even checked my tire pressure. Staff is great. Friendly and professional. I'm glad I stopped by to let Valvoline care for my car. In this Texas heat, I know I don't want any car problems at all. Yes, I will be happy to come back here for my next oil change visit. Keep up the good work men! The shop is super clean and organized. Nice! ☺️

Took my fleet truck to get oil changed and asked to get my windshield wiper fluid topped off didn't realize that it wasn't until it started on my truck screen that windshield wiper fluid was low and my company was charged never will I take this truck back there,to a company with dishonest people!

Everything says they open at 8 am. Got there at 8:08 am. No one there. Sat and waited until 8:21 a.m., and still, this place wasn't open.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get an oil change at Valvoline. I was due for an oil change and the company who was going to do the oil change would not do it because a Valvoline serviceman put the plug in to my oil pan crooked. It cost me over $500 to fix the damage Valvoline caused.

I don’t recommend anyone to get there oil change here. Went there in August to get my oil changed now it came around the time to get a new oil changed. Watching another technician struggle to get out the oil filter because this location put it beyond tight nearly costing me way much more money just for something as simple as not excessive tightening. Extremely upset and as far as other reviews I’ve read people need to be out accountable for there poor job and professionalism.

Be careful coming here, my advice is to get off the car and watch what they do. They will test your battery and of course they will tell you it's under normal life on it. So my car was working just fine before I took it in there for an oil change, after I left the day after all of a sudden when my car is idling the RPMs are going up and down. I'm pretty sure they unhooked a sparkplug or something for it to do that, just for you to come back. I recommend you guys stay away from this place, go to another place I recommend C and C Auto Repair or Reliable Auto Repair.

I had an automatic transmission flush done here and I spent the whole weekend trying to figure out why my car RPM was going all the way up past 4 without me hitting the gas. Thank God I had my husband's car to get around until the actual manager could look at it. If they don't know what they are doing they should say I don't know how to do that please return when the person is here with more experience! I recommend taking your car to another location or to the dealership.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came here July 6th to get my oil changed. I got out my vehicle because I felt a lot of pulling and tugging. Sure enough when I got out they got a tube stuck while doing my oil change so they were using different tools to try getting the tube out. All of a sudden I keep of having to fill my coolant often. Mind you my car is a 2018, never had any issues. So my car eventually starts running hot. My mechanic goes in and finds that my thermostat housing is cracked. The only way this is cracked is through changing the oil filter. I never had any issues with my car until after coming here. As you can see by the pictures posted, someone had had to apply pressure with a tool in order for this piece to crack. So the crack may have been small at the time and gradually got bigger over time. I’m a state certified community health worker that works throughout the coastal region so my car is essential. Even if you didn’t want to say you made a mistake you could’ve at least said Ms. James, you may eventually have to replace your thermostat housing soon. I would’ve done it sooner because I wouldn’t have wanted a bigger issue down the line. The piece was only $40. The problem I’m noticing now with these oil change companies is they are hiring a lot of young inexperienced guys. Don’t get me wrong, it’s nothing wrong with the young wanting to learn. But put some older EXPERIENCED men next to them to show them how it’s done, making sure they don’t mess up hard working people like myself vehicles. I’m really upset because I like my car, it’s the perfect car for my job. Hopefully I won’t have any issues with my motor down the line due the the expensive mistake that was made. I wont be spending another dime at this company.
