The manager set me up for service. They were extremely professional and helpful. I felt the guidance on what needed replacing and what could wait a few more visits was very trust-building. As an engineer I pretty much know what the answer is, and hate when service centers try to snow a customer to sell things the customer does not need. The entire team thanked me for coming in and it was just a great experience.

Was here to get an oil change and got pulled right through the bay. Employees did not tell me that they did not have the oil needed for my vehicle. So got back in line and waited 45 minutes to be told that they couldn’t do my oil change. No communication. Bad service.

Jeremy and his crew were excellent! Nicholas and Mason were very helpful and showed me what I needed and nothing more ! I will certainly be back here! What a great 1st time experience ‼️

Giving props and many thanks to Haley the assistant manager at the county line road location. I was in the middle of everything falling apart around me and didn’t have the 4 dollars I owed in taxes and she was kind enough to discount it off. After my oil change my battery died and they were kind enough to give me a jump! I made it to the auto part store fora new battery! 😃

Please don't go to this place. They don't put back your car as it is supposed. They forgot two times.... no more for me.

Haley and the team here are wonderful. I waited 45 minutes total (two folks were in front of me). It only took about 20 minutes for the entire change. Haley is personable, communicative, and helpful. The team respects one another and they work cohesively. Great experience! Fair price.

I recently visited Valvoline Instant Oil Change and had an amazing experience! Tal, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything about the oil change and other recommended services without being pushy at all. I really appreciated how he left the final decision up to me without any pressure to upsell. It felt great to be informed but still in control. The service was quick, professional, and super convenient. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change. Highly recommend Tal and his team!

Love the quick service and helpful staff! Ethan and his team mate, I didn’t catch her name because she was helping me with my Groupon! Awesome staff. Keep up the great work!! Mineke could not do my oil change, had a coupon there, no one waiting, but because they closed in “ 40 minutes “ they couldn’t do it! They can keep their coupons and I ll always keep going to Valvoline!!
