I recently visited for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly efficient, completing my oil change pretty fast. The process was straightforward. I loved how they kept me informed about what they were doing. I will definitely come back again.

Staff was amazing, very communicative on what was going on (busy at the moment) keeping me updated on timely manner. Staff was very polite and answered any questions I had. The manager on duty, Andrew, was amazing, respectful, polite, made sure to take care of any concerns I had with my vehicle.

Drove in this morning spoke with Connor in the crew and was told because the vehicle was a 2025 Mercedes that they would not be able to locate the filter but that if I obtained it, they would be happy to do the oil change. I called Mercedes. They brought the filter out . now Valvoline is saying they cannot because they don't know what kind of oil goes in it. ?!? So I again called Mercedes ask what type of oil it takes and return back to the garage where they tell me they don't know how many quarts my engine will take so they're not comfortable doing the oil change? Never in my freaking life !!! Connor was amazing. I will return tomorrow to ask for the young man's name that gave me such a problem, but they were determined to deny me service. I drove over to Jiffy Lube, which is maybe 200 feet outside of their parking lot where I am currently sitting and they are changing the oil. I was not asked what kind of oil ? I was not asked what kind of filter or how many quarts ?!? I'm blown away right now . I have never even worked on a car in my life and I know that you can open the manual and read what a lazy bunch of kids.. ow 20 5.5 quarts

I had an oil change today, and normally receive decent service. Today was the exception. Andrew was extremely passive aggressive because I chose to have synthetic Blend vs the Full Synthetic, which I have always done. He chose to comment multiple times in an aggressive tone that I was “choosing the wrong oil.” To both me and the other staff. If he were kinder about the situation, I may have went with the full synthetic, but the fact receiving “no thank you” changes the way you treat a paying customer who is nothing but pleasant, I chose to stay with my choice and take my business elsewhere, especially when there is a Take 5 within walking distance and treat their customers better. The rest of the staff were very friendly and kind, which I thanked them for. It costs nothing to be kind.

This was my first time at Valvoline and it was a great experience. Connor was an absolute blessing and helped me with all of my questions. Miguel showed me my final oil level and was working under the hood the whole time. I will be back!

Very fast and efficient service! The service people were very professional. The Manager was very informative and answered all my questions. the Manager is an asset to your company! I am an 77 yr old female and was treated very respectfully. Hard to find a service that doesn't try to take advantage of older citizens! 5-STAR ALL THE WAY!

Was in and out. My van takes 12 quarts they knew before I had to tell them. Every were else Ive been I have to explain and make a point they knew. They were professional it was nice not have to prove it takes 12 quarts. I liked getting in and out pretty quick.

Service was great, I felt it was a bit pricey compared to other oil change providers, Take5, Dealership, etc… Other than that they didn’t try to upsell anything else as they checked and made sure it didn’t need it. Overall biggest issue was the pricing.

Very professional and fast. My inside air filter was removed and checked. I have never had anyone offer to do that. It was nasty. Highly recommend this location.

Service was quick. The techs did not wipe up any oil splatter that they got on the hood, grill or engine compartment. They also did not give any washer fluid, I was the only car in the 3 bay shop. I would recommend another location.

They do a great job. Their prices are a little high but you can normally get a coupon discount.
