Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I got an oil change at this location a few months ago and upon preforming an oil change myself this past weekend I discovered something interesting. Y'all put in a total of 5.8 quarts of oil into a 4.4 quart vehicle. I ended up filling old jugs and containers with the remaining amounts of oil I didn't plan on dealing with. Also the filter was screwed on so tightly I could barely remove it with pliers. The staff was friendly but I'm very disappointed in the lack of attention, this could've caused some serious damage.

These workers definitely give 5- star service! Jonathon the manager was kind, professional and even offered my kiddos some candy canes to top off our service. Definitely recommend this location, we always get great service here.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, and efficient. My car takes a special 5w50 oil, which Valvoline doesn't stock. But, they informed me I could purchase my own oil and filter, and they would use it. I returned a few days later with the oil and filter. Turns out the filter I bought was the wrong one, but they had the correct filter and installed that. Very happy with the help, and the service is very convenient to just sit in my car while they work.

Extremely welcoming and kind! I have always been scared of going over the receding floor, and Mike quite empathecally guided me through. Shanaya was very kind and helpful. Everyone was extremely good and fast. I highly recommend this place!

JT, Jon and Mikey were great. Mikey greeted us immediately, JT was very informative and friendly, Jon was efficient and fast. Good show Valvoline. First time customer, we'll be back. (Indiantown Road store, Jupiter Florida).

The worst experience. When getting a tire rotation the guys broke my lug nuts. Didn’t tell me. Later had to get all 4 cut off because they broke my lug nut removal key. Also didn’t put my under cover back on properly and it flew off going down 95. Go anywhere but here. I spoke w the manager and he’s a liar. Never going back to them.

Very pleased with my experience here at Valvoline on Indiantown road, Jupiter. I had a coupon for $15 off a full-synthetic oil change. I was in/out in about 15 mins, they were friendly, fast and professional! The full synthetic oil change cost me $96 after the coupon, pretty solid deal compared to similar places. I have been using Valvoline for years and would recommend this particular shop if you need an oil change. Thank you guys!

Horrible valvoline to go to, I always come to valvoline for my oil changes but this one in particular had terrible customer service and workers . My tire was popped coming into the shop due to the fact I was guided in wrong and they refused to reimburse me for my tire and I still payed the full price for the oil change. I was calling daily to check on my situation due because they kept telling me they had to wait for a service representative to come in and that my ticket had been created , so I waited a week and when I finally called back in for the 4th time they told me I never had a ticket created in the first place , so I was lied to and at that point it was my word against the workers/ managers I had talked too, they told me it was my fault for “driving too fast” and “ignoring instructions” when I followed everything they told me to do . LIKE HOW FAST CAN I BE PULLING INTO THE SHOP ACTUALLY ?? The service here was terrible and it took around 45 for the service to be completed if not longer which is longer than at other valvoline I’ve been too, the manger and the workers are all subpar and failed with the customer service . If I could give them less than 1 star I would. BTA

My second time there. I never knew there was such a difference from Jiffy Lube. Scott ran through all suggestions to keep my car it its best. They do tire rotations as well. I highly recommend Valvoline on Indiantown Rd in Jupiter.

We are told 15 minute for oil change, wait in the comfort of your car. There’s no asterisk by that, if we have your oil filter. My visit turned out to be closer to an hour.

Well my cats not done yet but I felt like this young man JT deserves a shout out. He is ultra professional very knowledgeable and talks to his colleagues like a real leader. I’m not sure if he is in a leadership role here but he should be and quickly. He is making a positive impact on customers and co workers and he knows his stuff!

Tj, the ASM had a great personality and amazing team with Gabe and the unknown man down below. Informative and respectful. We will come visit this location again when visiting.
