I always have a wonderful experience at this Valvoline. But, my most recent visit proves that being their patron is an excellent decision. The shop was shorthanded, although I couldn’t tell. I waited all of two minutes for the next lane to be available, and Richard came out and apologized for my wait and asked if he could walk across the street and buy me a coffee or something else for my “inconvenience”. I was on their property for less than 20 minutes, got my oil changed, all the checks and 3 windshield wipers replaced. The GM, Bobby was kind and efficient. He also didn’t try to a sell this female anything I didn’t need, when he advised me that I will need a new battery soon, and I told him that my husband and father were my battery “advisors”, we shared a laugh. I always have a great experience at Valvoline, but the staff at this location is special. I thank them for taking care of me.

I get my oil changed there but I didn’t need an oil change my tire lights were flashing… it was a young lady and 2/3 gentleman. No hesitation she advised the weight for my tires and the guys got to work!!! Thank you guys so much!!! The crew was jus super sweet!

The service was super fast, and very reasonably priced. The best part is I didn’t even have to get out of my car. My tech was Steven and he was an expert, and made me feel like he was going to get everything for my car taken care of.

When I arrived all 3 bays were full. Someone greeted me and told me which bay to wait in line behind. The team members here actually work as a team and help each other out. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. I have been to valvoline many times. Judging by my mileage I'd say around 9 times since I stopped doing my own oil changes. I have always had my air filter and battery checked by them. I have never had my tires and antifreeze checked rarely have had my wiper fluid checked. Shout out to Steven for an amazing job!! Thank-you! I will be back to this location!
