Friday morning visit at 10am. Pulled right in and was out in 15 min. Very friendly and professional staff. They didn’t try and sell me everything on the menu but showed me options and let me choose. Very affordable and competitive price and I like that I can stay in my vehicle. Will be back to this location.

If i am in the Kansas City area I will always choose to have my truck serviced at this location. In short the professionalism, friendly atmosphere, and dedication to excellence is second to none. Brian, the service manager Harbors an environment that is so attentive and efficient its hard to believe. The entire team is paying attention and aware of everything going on ready to without prompting jump in and take care of anything needed. Due to the fact, my vehicle is a fleet vehicle sometimes billing is a challenge As it was momentarily today, Rachel, one of the service technicians remembered me solve the problem. I would highly recommend This location, even if it was somewhat out of your way, their service knowledge efficiency, they treat the customers really shines even above any of their other locations amongst the same company. My review might seem a little over the top however, I can say in all honesty. It doesn’t do justice in commending the members of the team at this location, and as a repeat customer i can say that this has been consistent on every visit.

On Thursday, 12/12/24, we had our vehicle serviced at a local Valvoline establishment, seeking a routine oil change, a task we had previously performed at this location multiple times. Upon exiting the service bay, our battery light began to flash, accompanied by a strong burning odor, within a mere hundred feet from the garage door. We had not even left the parking lot before returning to the service bay to investigate the issue. Regrettably, the staff appeared to be unresponsive, expressing their inability to identify the problem. It is important to note that our vehicle had recently received a new battery and alternator, installed only a year prior. In search of answers, we sought assistance from an auto parts store situated in the same parking lot. The staff kindly examined our vehicle, performing a diagnostic test. The test results indicated a faulty alternator, which was further corroborated by the presence of oil spillage on the right side, near the alternator. Within ten minutes of leaving the Valvoline establishment, we contacted them to share our findings. They agreed to review the footage to determine if an error had occurred. Simultaneously, we contacted Valvoline's customer service department to file a claim. After an “investigation” Valvoline's review of the footage they claim no mistakes on their part. Consequently, they declined to accept responsibility for the damages incurred. We feel compelled to issue a warning to future potential customers, urging them to avoid this Valvoline location. The consequences of this routine maintenance have led to towing expenses and additional repair costs. We strongly advise exercising caution and considering alternative service providers that prioritize accountability and own up to their mistakes and value the customer. PLEASE Save your money!! If I could give zero stars it would be a more appropriate rating!

I went to get an oil change today and asked for an estimate. They said they could not give me an estimate until they looked at my car. They call my name and said that will be $97.00. I did not authorize them to change the oil without an estimate. I asked them to use the 50% off coupon I had and they said they could not accept it once the oil had been changed. Total rip off. I am going on Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook and every other place to let everyone know you are ripping people off.

I don't trust this location any longer. They do not complete everything on the "Maintenance Checks", yet they document that they did. For instance, they reported that they checked my tire pressures and filled to 35 PSI. They didn't. My tire pressures are shown in the pic attached a few minutes after I left their store. They also documented they filled my windshield wiper fluid. They didn't. Also said they reset my oil service indicator light. They didn't. Also never checked any of my air filters. It truly makes me question what else they didn't do. They are too busy trying to upsell you on things you probably don't need. Also, there is a lot of inconsistency with personnel roaming from car to car in the bays. When I was there, another car pulled in and the staff found out that person is Patrick Mahomes' personal pilot. Suddenly everyone was more interested in working on that car while I just sat there. There is no attention to detail and this is how things get overlooked and not checked properly because the same people that checked me in are not the same people that worked on my car. I am very disappointed with my experience and paying for service that wasn't completed, yet they documented it was complete. Oh and by the way, if your car takes more than 5 quarts of oil, you get charged $10.99 extra and they don't bother to tell you this upfront until you get your invoice. Big lack of trust.

Everyone there is awesome! I got an oil change, new battery, air filter and wiper blades and all done less than 45 minutes. They were great advising of what was going on and friendly why they did their job this place definitely has it down to an art.

I've been to Valvoline many times and received great service. But this time this location did not honor the full value of a Groupon (not expired) at 76.99 for a full synthetic oil change to only give me a discount of 23.00 off a retail value of 99.99. So I paid 76.99 for a 23.00 discount. Very deceptive and I wont be offering my business to Valvoline again. FYI, Valvoline is not an accredited member of the BBB.

The process was quick, less than 15 minutes. There was a thorough check of many systems in that short amount of time. The tech offered suggested services and didn't push the services when I politely declined.

They took forever to reach out on applying told me I have good experience which I did and really needed a job as well as wanted to work with cars and they're the only place in the area they told me I would hear back and made it sound like I had the job just advice don't fool people like that I'm now going to lose my house for waiting on a job I thought I had and now have to struggle to take anything I can get thanks guys...
