I came to get an oil change before work. Josh, Moe, and Andrew helped me, and they were all amazing. I was able to get in and right out. They were extremely pleasant to work with, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I went in on Friday and ran over a screw leaving and got a flat tire. Went to get the tire replaced and they told me to make sure to check my tire pressure more often because the tires were at 18 psi. Funny how Valvoline said they filled them all to 32 when I was there two days ago. What a joke

The employees were thorough, courteous, friendly, and did not try to push me to buy stuff I obviously did not need. They showed me what my options were and did not try to oversell. They showed me the dip stick before I left where the oil was clear and full.

Getting oil changes has always been a great source of anxiety for me. However every time I go to Valvonline I met with kindness and relief. They explain things in simple terms and meet you where you are at, and send you with additional information for car maintenance. Everyone is so polite and appear to fully knowledgeable in what they are doing! I will always go to a valvoline and recommend it to everyone I know! The service could not have been better and I know I can count on them!

I went there all bays were full and I was 2 back inline which was fine but then there buddy pulls up and a bunch of them had to come out and talk then a car is broke so I’m the next car to go in so they move me back to put her in front of me which I know she’s been waiting longer but the cars in far lane were behind me so I was being push back 2 spots so I left will never go to that location again to many employs doing nothing…was there 40 minutes.

Absolute garbage customer service. Sit in line for 30 min only to have someone pull in and whip through the line in front of everyone and they didn’t do shit. Keeping customers In check should be a priority. Won’t be using this place again.

As an experienced and seasoned mechanic, the absolute lies the female attendant said about how sludgy the oil was coming out of my car after trying to upsell me on the higher mileage oil was preposterous.

Didn't check the Tire pressure in the tires.Nor did they clear my oil life light. Not sure if they checked any of the fluids they were supposed to.

I come here when I need a quick oil change. I used to be a lube tech myself when I was the age most of the employees are here. When I say my cat could do an oil change faster than these guys I'm not exaggerating, the amount of lazy walking around and doing nothing and swapping cars so people don't get mad about the wait is insane. Doing an oil change doesn't take 30 minutes and that defeats the purpose of coming here. Maybe if they weren't so focused on up selling products they barely understand how to explain the benefits of they could get their job done quicker.

I just got my oil changed and headlight replaced. The new manager Josh and his crew member also named Josh were awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also got me in and out very quickly. The last time I was there 4 months ago I was told they could not change light bulb without taking the bumper of. Josh easily took it right out and changed it out in 3 mins. I will definitely be back there for my next oil change. Thanks dudes!

It shouldn't take this long. There was 1 bay open and they had me pull right in. It took them 45 minutes to tell me they didn't have an oil filter for me and another 10 minutes to get me on the road. I don't hold it against them for not having the filter, it just shouldn't take this long to tell me.

The staff who took care of me were awesome, and considering there were only two of them there, I would say they moved pretty quick. Their customer service was great and I definitely will go back. They need more reliable support.

I just went there because online it says they open at 830... someone walks out and says they don't open until 10. That's a relatively small issue but it is a huge inconvenience to plan a day of errands and have it blown up because errors about your service... makes me wonder about the actual service

I always come to valvoline for my oil changes but it’s the first I came to this location! Not only was everyone super rude and miserable the older white lady with “blonde” hair was so mean you would think I made her come in to work today. They didn’t top of any of my fluids and spilled something that had my car smoking under the hood. But they sure did take my money while they did a a terrible job with horrible customer service. Everyone was complaining and talking bs among each other and I got the bad end of it. I went in respectfully and nice because I treat others how I want to be treated and got the worst experience ever at any business. Y’all should be ashamed especially that older white lady you’re so old and acting like a teenager. If I could I would ask for a refund immediately and NEVER come back here!

I go to this location often. It’s usually short wait times. Friendly staff and they aren’t pushy about the extras.
