Service is slow. Nothing like is used to be. I see new employees every time I go in. Is time to start looking for a different oil change place

Я заранее позвонил узнал меняет ли они масла в трансмиссии а также уточнил меняют ли они охлаждающую жидкость в автомобиле. После того как мне подтвердили что они это делают и предоставили прайс Я поехал в этот сервис. После того как я прождал полчаса мне поменяли только два воздушных фильтра после чего сообщили что они не могут не поменять масло не поменять охлаждающую жидкость. А фильтры Я попросил сделать в комплекте со всем остальным. Зря потратил время.

I have been going to Valvoline for a while now. This was my 1st visit to Stateline in KC. These guys at Stateline in Kansas City are the best. They were fast, friendly and super knowledgeable. I will make this one my go to from now on.

I recently visited this Valvoline (first ever time) for an oil change and that was a mistake. Although the staff were polite, they were young and mostly inexperienced. During the service, they struggled with reinstalling my undercarriage cover, and I was left in the dark with no information about what was going on. Of course after leaving, I noticed the cover was improperly installed and a connector was missing, causing a rattling noise while driving, and being potentially unsafe. It is unacceptable that they just decided it would be alright to send me on my way without telling me about it. Not to mention entire process took an hour, which is far longer than advertised. Not coming back.

Knowledgeable and courteous. I've been coming here for the past few years and always have a great experience. Recently, I went through a full service, more than just an oil change. I watched the team work together and engage new customers. When an individual came in asking about checking their tires and putting air in, they helped and didn't charge a thing. They didn't even accept the tip the person tried to give them. I can't say enough positive things about this location and the staff.

My fleet vehicle was serviced by Kae’leb, Skylar, and their team. They were so nice, and very patient with me as It was my first time getting my fleet vehicle serviced and I wasn’t sure what to do. Turns out, I didn’t have to do anything! They took care of it independently, answered all my questions, and were so kind to me. I would recommend this location, Kae’leb, and Skylar to anyone!

The tanker truck driver that was dropping off/delivering to the store this morning behaved abhorrently. While waiting in line I left a gap in front of me for him to get out of the parking lot if needed. I assumed that if he wanted me to move he would simply gesture for me to move. Instead, he exited his truck in a rage without any warning or provocation and approached my vehicle. He took an aggressive posture and yelled expletives and insults while approaching before turning around and getting back in his truck. I can’t be sure if he was intoxicated—-but he certainly acted like it and had no business interacting with the public or operating a vehicle of any kind. The store staff were fine as always.

This place likes to play move cars around to different bays instead of work on getting the only truck finished and bring the next in line. Did not realize if you ask to be topped off in oil you will be charged. Now that I know hmm

Everything was perfect until I drove off and minutes into my drive the Engine light came on. I drove back to Valvoline and they ran their reader on my car just to tell me that the engine light had nothing to do with the oil change they did and to take it to a local mechanic or dealership because I would be “very surprised as to what could be wrong.” INDEED I WAS VERY SURPRISED because I went to my local dealership, $179 later, a missed work shift, THE WHOLE DAY WAITING, turns out Valvoline didnt reconnect the engine filter hose. Staff memeber at Valvoline told me the engine filter would need to be replaced soon because it was started to get dirty, said it would be like $24 so I agreed to the service. Turns out, they didn't have the filter my car needed so she apologized and proceeded to tell me I could come back next week to get it replaced. Staff were very friendly but unfortunately my experience was horrible after my oil change.

I was hesitant to go back to this Valvoline location on Stateline after a terrible experience the last time. Today, due to the respectful, professional and diligent work of Christie, Cameron and Daniela, I received the best oil change I've ever had!

Nowhere are prices listed and the final oil change cost $117 (after a $15 coupon) and over an hour time. I’d suggest having prices listed clearly because $117 is somewhat bananas for an oil change.

I come to this location for all our oil changes and I must say today the crew was excellent. As I was thanking Kyle she explained that the regular staff didn’t show up so she stepped in. Kyle and Keira also from another store also stepped up They were very professional and friendly. I hope you can reward their fine work. A happy customer. Jim and Debbie Pflanz

I just stopped in because I had a tire feeling a little squishy. It was 6:30 pm, the guys were getting the shop closed up and they took the time to check all of my tires and added air if needed. I didn't catch their names but you got some good employees.
