The guy told me it would be about 10 to 15 minute wait. Later I finally left without an oil change. Got tired of waiting.

The assistant manager, Devon was super helpful and let me come through even though it was very close to quitting time. He couldāve said no, but went above and beyond. They have an absolutely great crew here and do a fantastic job every time. I recommend!

Devin was amazing! I drove an hour to get an oil change. I showed up 5 minutes late, and he still took my car in to get it done. The professionalism was top notch, and we will only go to this location for all of our oil changes moving forward!

We have always used this location, in Knoxville, TN (Maynardville Pike). We have moved to Clinton, TN and still make the drive to this particular location. Kevin and Arlee are SUPER!

Always great service. Manager Kevin runs a great group of employees and seeks to always satisfy customers. Employee named Devin provided outstanding customer service on 9/7/24. He answered all of my questions about type of oil to use due to reduced vehicle usage and transmission fluid change.

Terrible experience today. The manager, Kevin, was yelling at the employees the entire time. He was supposed to be doing my oil change, and disappeared for so long that I decided to leave without getting my oil changed.

Went to take 5, they told me they couldnāt do an oil change for some reason. Tried to send me to a mechanic shop. Went to Valvoline instead to see if they were just lazy or if they actually could do it. Valvoline did it with no problem! Definitely will be coming here again

Very disappointed with our service. They ran out of radiator fluid the day before so they couldnāt fill it along with our oil change, which we knew we needed. Then our car was driving weird after and we found out they forgot to reattach the intake. Thankfully my husband knows about cars and was able to catch the mistake or it couldāve caused serious damage to our vehicle.

Came in for oil change....charged me 100$....didn't check my air in the tires, and to top it off when I got home there was a puddle of oil on my clean white concrete driveway from where they removed the oil filter and made a mess and didn't wipe off the old oil....who's gonna pay for my driveway cleaning? I will never go to this one again....seems that when they are busy they rush thru and send u on.

Very nice, fast and friendly! Only reason not a 5 star. It cost about 30$'s more than my last oil change! $117. & Some change with a 10.$ off coupon. Way too expensive!

very reasonable pricing. They offer to top off the fluids and for free and they check your lights and change them for $15. David, the assistant manager is great! :)

Friendly people and really convenient. 122 dollars for an oil change is insane though.
