I always use Valvoline for my vehicles. It's easy in and quick. I hate making appointments. Coupons are always available and some places give student discounts, just ask.

Showed integrity today. Brought my car in for oil change. They showed me that my Oil was still good for a while longer. Offered to do a quick checkup and adjusted my tire pressure. No charge. Will be going back.

I pulled up and was instantly greeted, He was very polite asked what I needed I told him, I only waited 5 minutes till I was able to pull my car in, the checked my car, changed my oil I would say it took 15 mins the most but only because I added something on other than that I would say I would of been out in 10 minutes! They were really nice and wonderful he told me other things that I need to change and will definitely be going back to get done! Hands down it was the best service I’ve ever had! I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to my friends!

They are amazing if you can go a few weeks without your car, are fine paying $200+ for an oil change, and letting them cause irreversible damage to your car. Went and got an oil change and was upsold an air filter that was installed incorrectly and caused my car to shutter and shake. Took my car same day to my mechanic and they fixed the issue caused by Valvoline which ended up costing me $150 on top of the $92 Valvoline oil change. Filed a claim with Valvoline for the cost of repair and was told because I did not call Valvoline and schedule their mechanic to come out and look at my car that I would not be getting the full refund for the repair. Being that I’m employed I have to have my car in functioning condition to get to work. I don’t have time to wait a few more weeks to hopefully get my car fixed/ refunded, but if you do, there’s no better place in town.

They were very nice friendly and professional but after I left I noticed one of my hubcaps was missing I'm not saying they took it but it didn't come up missing till after I left but other than that they were friendly and nice thank you

Elijah at Valvoline at 6700 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, TN is a definite asset to Valvoline. He provided me with excellent communication on what was going on at all times with my vehicle. He made suggestions for me as well as answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my visit. Thank you Elijah for being such a great Valvoline representative.

I always go to Valvoline for their amazing customer service, but I was very disappointed this time. No one talked to me at all except to get my payment and they didn’t even show me my oil level before closing my hood and telling me I could leave. I will very likely not be back to this Valvoline location.

I have been going to this Valvoline location for years. I usually have great experiences but during my most recent visit, they failed to put my skid plate back on correctly, and I drove down 40 with it dragging. I called them as soon as I realize what was going on and was able to get back, but they weren’t very helpful and at first suggested that they fix it with zip ties and then refused to give me any sort of coupon or refund because “the skid plate didn’t actually break or fall off.”. It was scary to have to drive with my car like that and really disappointing that they didn’t do anything to make the situation better. Their mistake could have caused damage to my car or to other people’s cars but thankfully it didn’t. I feel like “experts” should be able to do routine oil changes with more care. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Started out as a routine oil change. Most of the time other shops usually don’t check the engine air filter because it’s a pain to do. This shop did today and found it definitely needed to be replaced but also the backside of the filter housing wasn’t connected and had been sucking in air without being filtered. These guys took the time to hook it all back up correctly!!

I just had the most delightful interaction this evening with Daniel! This location’s employees are always super kind and helpful; a few years ago, I returned due to a minor issue that was, in all likelihood, completely unrelated to their previous work (i learned this later) but the employee was kind enough to allow me to skip the line and did a simple fix, free of charge. Unlike many other similar businesses, I’ve never been pressured to agree to add’l services, which is yet another reason I’ve used this location consistently for at least 12 years. Thanks, Daniel!

I waited 1 hour for an oil change. Only 2 cars were in front. And they took 30 mins to do one simple oil change. First and last time trying this place.

They accidentally sprayed oil from a hose all over my windshield, and it splashed my hood also. After 2 car washes the oil still doesn't wanna come out. They tried to 'clean it' and it smeared all over and made it worse now it won't come off. My car is an oily mess and they thought it was funny.
