Have been bringing vehicles here a couple months now. Service is fast, friendly, and they do a great job at an affordable rate. The assistant manager Khanh was FANTASTIC! He explained everything very well, was extremely professional, and made my wife and I very comfortable knowing our vehicles were in good hands. Highly recommend! We will continue coming to see Khanh

Let me be perfectly honest with you. I was reluctant to use Valvoline because I know the staff is usually young kids who don't get paid much and I'm very picky with my old truck. I keep it under cover and ONLY drive it on sunny days, ONLY 3000 miles in a year. Also let me add that I'm a Toyota sales mngr BUT it was Sunday and I wanted the oil changed. I'm a 54 yr. old male. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Cassandra, Ray and Noah, just blown away with how they understood exactly what I wanted (no dripping oil) and performed perfectly with a smile. They were caring, knowledgeable and professional. I will be back with my LEXUS! Thank you to the Farragut Team!

Jamin, Will and the team killed it! They were very fast, efficient and friendly as Jamin was changing out my interior cabin filter he asked me how my weekend was and he sparked up a good conversation I told him i recently proposed to my girlfriend and he congratulated me. It feels good to go somewhere were they are all enthusiastic about there jobs, this amazing location has an amazing staff! Highly recommended

We had an oil light pop up on our new car while we were on a long road trip. Stopped here and Ray was so kind and calmed our fears and explained the issue to us and got us on our way! Super quick! Super nice! First time at Valvoline and we’d definitely come back.
