Started out good Jaden introduced himself. We went through the variables. I told him I didn’t need an air filter. They did the tire checks and he kind of got scolded for not charging for an extra fluid. They normally do a check of your lights for safety. they didn’t do that, they didn’t reset the change oil light inside the truck however particular attention was given to the ation between the crew bottom side operator to the top side said good job Aaliyah on the communication but the emphasis was more on if there’s extra oil at 699 if there’s extra fluid for coolant, it’s 699 or whatever the price was And previous visits to this location were outstanding this time. It was more about price than service especially when you don’t do the things or they don’t do the checks that they normally do my brake fluid no check and I needed brake fluid and maybe they don’t do that anymore because maybe there’s a charge for it I don’t know but I’ll probably end up having to go to another location because I like Valvoline but I don’t like this visit that I was recently

Amazing service. Waited about 1 hr total even with 2 cars ahead of me. Better than waiting 2-3hrs at some other places I've been to. They took about 15mins with the oil change when it was my turn. Abraham & Eddie are great people that take care of your car and I will definitely be a returning customer

First of all -- BE PROFESSIONAL!!! Do not be an idiot and joke around the garage with your buddies while customers have been waiting in an hour long line. 15 minutes for an oil change?? What a joke, especially at this location, very ghetto.

Go to the location on Nellis, the one on Craig destroyed my fluid plug and told me to go pay for it. A manager was supposed to call me back, but I'm still waiting almost three years later.

Customer service was poor, we got there and they asked us to move to another stall, we have been waiting for 30 minutes, and they took someone else before us, after waiting for 40 minutes we left I would never go back to that location poor management and poor customer service

I always come get my oil done here . This the first time no one greeted me . Then they made me wait inside my car in the heat . For my oil filter to come from autozone . Cause they ran out. But Kendrick the person who was helping didn’t get me notice. Or didn’t even apologize for the wait or give me a discount for waiting.

I was traveling and needed an oil change. Found this location and drove there without an appointment. They took me right in and provided excellent service. The manager kept me informed throughout the process and provided a bottle of water to help with the 110 degree heat. I hardily recommend valvoline oil change service.

I went for a routine oil change. I waited an hour and a half for the oil change only to be told during the oil change that the technician..whom happen to be new had drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil...how...who knows....then.. they tell me that my car takes a special transmission fluid that they do not have which resulted in my car having to be towed to a shop to be repaired spur the moment which the shop is closed until Monday!! The workers scrambling around knowing they caused damaged to my car. No one wanted to tell me and kept walking past me with looks of nervousness. The manager then tells me that I can rent a car and they will reimburse me..mind you it's 5 pm Saturday and the car rental places were closing by 6...who has extra money for a rental and deposit just on a whim... I am beyond over this experience..I will NOT be returning to this location and if you don't want damage or your time and money wasted you would avoid this place at all cost! To believe this was my first time EVER using this location since moving here may 10th 2024.. left a bad taste in my mouth. Manager was VERY nonchalant when telling me I would have to fork out money for a rental and that I'd have to get an Uber that they reimburse for. Who wants to WAIT FOR THEIR MONEY to be returned?! Smh I should have listened to the reviews

Nolan and Louis are awesome. We:re from out of town and we discovered that our splash guard was dangling from the bottom of our car. Nolan, the manager, fixed it for us! Louis was very friendly and made us feel welcome. You guys are life savers! Awesome location.!Highly recommend.
