I've been coming here for many years and they've slowly increased their prices. Last time they offered to change my air filter, I asked how much was the cost, his response "it's like $45" then when the bill came it was actually around $65; they didnt bother to tell me the real cost til it was time to pay. In just a few months, they've increased prices again by 50%. Oil change when using own oil is now $63. Their reason given was that it is now privately franchised and not a corporation anymore. I was bringing all our vehicles here for convenience but sadly won't be returning.

Harry did the oil change on my car and he was super fast and efficient. It’s because they have a hard working staff like Harry this location is successful! Was back for another oil change and Shylee, Benjamin and Lance did a 5 star job. Shylee is SOOOO polite and kind. When I leave my car is so much more effective on the road with the fluids checked and correct tire pressure. The staff truly cares that you feel positive about their service and the TLC they give your vehicle!

I have used this location for many years, even before it was Valvoline. My last 3 visits were less than great. Three visits back the service was quick, the techs communicated with purpose and worked well as a team. They checked my air filter, it looked good so they put it back. When I got home I check under the hood and noticed all 3 filter housing screws were just stuck in the holes not touched with a screwdriver. I secured them and shrugged it off as a simple over-site. My comments are about the same for 2 trips ago, but this time not only were the air filter housing screws left loose - but one was missing. I ordered replacement screws and a new air filter and replaced the filter myself. My visit yesterday was the worse yet. I was guided right in upon arrival. The routine of checking my lights was the same - but the techs were not speaking to each other with purpose - I struggled to hear them and I had all of my windows down. It took them over 30 minutes to do what they do under the truck. I finally asked one of the techs what was going on down there and he said they had a new guy and was training him. When I got home I went to check under the hood and found oily hand prints on the front of the hood. Lastly, I asked them to flush my transmission. The manager checked the computer and then made a phone call. I have a 2020 Silverado 1500 4x4. He told me Valvoline did not make the type of fluid needed for my vehicle. This is a very common vehicle, but I feel like I may have dodged a bullet by not letting them do it. I will not visit this location again, but I will try a different one that is closer to home.

Well, I've been doing my oil changes here for about 10 years. They have changed Owners there are a corporate store now. The price for customer supplied parts was 38.50. Today, I had my Rav4 done, and they charged me 62.59. Well, they won't be seeing any of my cars again.

I drive from Aliante & 215 to get real customer service from MY favorite Valvoline Oil Change. Ethan and the crew are truly amazing. They have a great sense of humor because I pick on them every time I visit. I've been visiting this location since 2017. Until it closes, this will be my oil change location. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. Please keep up the good work. I just left.

I usually visit this location for oil changes in my truck and wife's car. I stopped in last week but the wait was too long for me this time. However, I may not return. What I noticed while I was there did not instill but rather stripped me of confidence at this location. I believe this is a training location and on this particular day it may have been nothing but trainees. It was a lot of standing around talking to each other with hands in pockets.

They spilled oil all over my engine. It was literally dripping off everything the next day. Ended up having to take it in because I thought I had a leak.

If only there was a negative stars option….tell me why these scammers wanted to charge my daughter $250 for coolant to be put in her jeep during an oil change?! Mechanics like this are disgusting! I hope you go out of business!

Stay far far away further away. I went there to get my oil changed and the girl that put the oil filter on from the top use a 2 ft ratchet with an oil filter wrench attachment to install the oil filter. It just happened so God knows if I'll be able to take off that oil filter. Might need to be chiseled off. You could reach it and it should be hand tight anyway. I swear it was a two and a half foot breaker bar. Stay far away it's just a bunch of kids running wild

Too slow. Service took over 30 mins to complete. They pitched me twice to upgrade services. I was just looking to get a quick oil change. Staff was nice and center was clean. I’ll definitely continue to do my own services.

A day after getting an oil change, I thought my oil drain plug was loose but they left a plastic water bottle they used as an oil catch in the engine bay of my 4runner which luckily didn’t get sucked into the fans or worse. As it only tipped over and leaked all over my skid plate and driveway. Will not be going to them again.

I came in to get an oil change. There was 1 car waiting outside the garage. I was told to move to a different lane. At that same time 4 more cars pulled up. After a whole bunch of confusion by the staff and moving cars around. I was the last car to be helped and the people who were helping me kept standing around waiting for something. Long story short, The staff was unorganized and I had to wait longer because of it. Get it together guys. If your going to designate lanes to smog only or oil change only, you need to put signs up for your customers. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the people who did help me were very nice and professional.

Went in on 1/19/2024 for an oil change went by pretty quick had advisor Harry mention that my vehicle had an oil leak when they finish up the oil change and air filter replacement. Told him I'll have my personal license mechanic take a look at the leak. Once I got to my mechanic shop he noticed a pretty noticeable leak right away he put the vehicle on his left and checked the drain plug that was leaking pretty bad.I video record the damage of the strip drain plug and oil pan. Had to get a rental and wait to Monday to speak with Harry and advise them of the damage. He said a manager will contact me have yet to hear from anyone. I never had any issues with this location great service until this issue.

Great lead man and team Nic was lead.. terrible experience with your marketing coupon… rip off saying 25% off and not allowing Nic to offer this… per guy works for bad management and marketing, and J feel ripped off.. not sure about returning…😔

If I could give them a zero I would. They said I had a coolant leak and refused to change my oil til it was fixed. I don't have a coolant leak. The vavoline on grand Montecito took great care of us. I will never return to the one on Centennial. My business is now at Grand Montecito
