My Groupon was not taken off when the Groupon was presented after being asked. He scanned the voucher code, but it only took $27 off. After questioning the guy about why it was so high after I already purchased the full oil change on Groupon, he said it only took $27 off. I knew something was still off so when I drove off I called & spoke to a manager Jake or Jacob. He admitted that it was their mistake because the attendant did not properly do the correct process of getting the full voucher code. He offered to have the next oil change on them free. I told him I wanted a full refund back onto my card as I was not expecting to pay double the price. He placed me on hold came back on the line & said the best they can do is for me to come back, they’ll recharge the correct price & as far as the refund they’ll have to reach out to another department, see how much to refund & it would take a couple weeks to then mail out a check. All this seemed sketchy and inconsiderate. I told him I would call Groupon to let them know about the situation, he proceeded to say others have done that & got their money back. So it made me think they did this mistake on purpose & are trying to get more money out of people by pretending to scan the Groupon voucher.

The technician forgot to check my tires after a tire rotation. I had low air in my tires after I left and had to stop at tire shop in the middle of the night. This cost time, money, and just was pure inconvenience.

Great experience. I usually go to the dealership for my oil changes but I desperately needed one before a road trip and they were closed Sunday, so I tried Valvoline. The guys were super nice, didn’t try and upsell me other services, but did let me know about a few recommendations, and were super fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Will definitely be back.

I usually go to jiffy lube but they didn’t have the oil my truck uses in stock. I decided to go to this place because it was close. The people working were friendly enough but as soon as they “finished” with the oil change they came at me with the “checklist” of things that needed ”attention”. My truck is new with about 21,000 miles on it, NO I don’t need my rear differential fluid changed…. NO I don’t need any transmission fluid flushing etc. all I wanted was an oil change. This place is so out of touch with current events. It felt very 1980’s grimy auto repair shop if that makes sense. We ant an oil change not a “checklist” of BS unnecessary up charges and upsells. It’s pathetic and cheap trick sales tactics deployed by a goofy guy that had no conviction in what he was doing. And besides that, 5 different people touched my truck. I was sitting in it, watching all of these different people perform different tasks. ITS A FREAKIN OIL CHANGE…… I paid over $140 to get the oil changed and had to sit there and listen to this guy ramble on about all of the “recommendations” my new truck needed. What’s worse is I have greasy hand prints on the hood, fender, and grill of the truck. Overall this outdated high pressure up-sale, overpriced, “oil change” facility is a terrible place to go and their tactics are trash. We don’t need businesses like this in our community ripping people off.

When I pulled up, I saw that the entire staff was busily cleaning the bays with power washers and by hand. When I asked, the tech said that an inspection was coming soon and they wanted to be #1 and that was so impressive! Loved seeing workplace pride!

Never been to a drive up oil change lol. But service was great! The gentleman that took care of me was so polite and aware! What stood out the most is that he took the time out to show me that my oil level was full and up to the line! Which means a lot these days with crooked people almost everywhere. Little busy but worth the wait!

Dear Manager Jacob, I hope this message finds you in a moment of reflection because my recent experience at your service center has left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. On 11/29, I entrusted my Ram 2017 to your team for a routine oil change and rear diff fluid replacement. To my disbelief, the aftermath has been nothing short of a nightmare. The rear end blew out the very next day due to a cap not being properly replaced, leaving my truck inoperable and me stuck in a predicament. Now, my vehicle, which was supposed to be a reliable mode of transportation, is going to be out of commission for an unforeseeable amount of time. I've had to take it to a repair shop, incurring significant costs that run into the $1000s. The lack of care and attention to detail displayed by your team is simply inexcusable. I've contacted corporate, but as expected, it's a waiting game. Meanwhile, I'm left grappling with the financial burden and work disruption caused by this inexplicable oversight. Now, on top of everything, it seems I'll be footing the bill for a rental vehicle. This situation is not just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for customer trust and safety. I'm left wondering if your corporate team will step up and do the right thing. As it stands, the impact on my life and wallet is immeasurable. This is not merely a complaint; it's a plea for accountability and resolution. Disappointed and frustrated,
