I am so thankful that Greg went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle. I was stuck a few yards with a completely dead battery. After waiting a couple hours for a tow, I walked over and found this business. Although they were extremely busy, Greg was able to fix my vehicle and get me home. Very grateful!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Sat in line for 10 minutes, got moved to a second line. Waited another ten, got moved to a 3rd line. Then they told me that I’d actually have to get back in the first line after the other people that showed up after me and that it would be close to an hour wait. I will gladly take my business somewhere more organized and respects my time, thanks for nothing!!!

I have been coming to the Trailwood location for a few years for smogs and oil changes. I came on Sunday 9/8 to see about a smog around 1:20pm and was told they were unable to do smogs at that time. Seemed strange consider they did not appear overly busy, but I did noticed the woman who usually helps me when I come on Sundays was not around. Sundays are really my only day off to get these things done. When I have been serviced at this location at other times that she hasn't been around I have been disappointed about the lack of communication from the other men/boys that don't really care about providing any level of customer service. I tried to swing by again on Monday 9/9 to see if maybe she was there to do my service and she wasn't, I ultimately decided to try another smog provider elsewhere. It is hard to find a reliable vehicle service centers.

Been taking cars here for about a year, always real nice, so pass about a dozen places that are frankly a bit cheaper to have it done at this location. Yesterday after a 12 hour shift brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. 2 days before one of their guys said they'd have my fully synthetic in--they were out when I'd brought it in before. Usually you pull up, someone asks what you need, then you wait. That would have saved me an hour. This day though I waited an hour, no one asked anything, then they let someone who'd come in after me go first, When I finally pull up a person I'd not seen working there before says, "what do you want." "Oil change, fully synthetic, and tire rotation." "We're out" "Guy I talked to said you'd have it today." That's when thIs guy I hadn't seen working here suddenly starts getting pissy. "DON'T HAVE IT. We can do a blend." "When will you have it?" I ask. Him: "Don't know. Whenever it gets here. Getting an oil change or not." Me:"I need to use fully synthetic I..." This effing guy interupts me, turns to the dude in front of my car and says, Get him out of here." Lmao. I don't know who this guy is but bad hire on their part. I won't be going back to that location.

Just went there today (7/27/24) and waited 20 minutes to find out they were out of almost every oil and coolant. Told me they "cleared" my check engine light. The check engine light wasn't even on nor did they even touch my car. The guy who was in the bay underneath wasn't even there. The girl with the dreads and piercings was handling customers and didn't care about any of them. I'm not sure what exactly they're even open for if they don't have any oil to do oil changes with. Do not recommend this location at all. Avoid at all costs. They clearly only have incompetent people here just wasting your time.

Two different vehicles, two different days, two different experiences. Saturday the 27th I brought in an SUV, the gentleman that started my service didn't provide options on oil, just told me the price without showing me the screen. During the service I wasn't shown my levels, my air filter, battery read-out, etc. A nice lady took over for the initial attendant and was kind and helpful. Sunday the 28th I brought in my car, and the service start to finish was wonderful. Updated on everything, very transparent and great CS.

Service Requested Quality Value May 29,'24 this 80 yr. old came in for an oil change--past experience was positive, but this time SO BAD-I was there over a 3 hr.period, temp 95- 100 degrees--Valvoline has 3 lanes into the oil change bay that were NOT MOVING for a long time-I was told that the furthest lane was only for repair work, and that's why it was slower than usual..(found out later that was FALSE) .SO I asked a tech about cost if I were to get smog test + oil change with my coupon. He told me to go first for smog-said it was Nv.Law??? YEA, RIGHT! I decided to go for smog ....2 cars behind me had to back out so I could back out, not easy to do to avoid hitting cars/Valvoline property -- he said there was no line for smog, and directed me where to go- I had already been in first oil change line over 45 min.but left for the smog anyway, thinking maybe the backup wait for oil change might clear while I was getting smog test. When I got to where he directed me I pulled in closest to smog bay, 2 cars starting blowing horns/gesturing at me, as there were 3 cars lined up along the perimeter waiting for smog! No signage indicated where to wait, where the line started -big mistake ..I pulled away from smog station, drove back to my original lane still only crawling along-finally my turn----over an hr. later I was still getting oil changed, but 3 different techs were trying to fix problem "old, dried out equipment" ONE OF THEM CAUSED-I'm not TECH-Y, but I was told when I asked that "the baffle? ...a piece of something broke and fell inside my oil pan and they were having a hard time reaching in there to remove it..." Note: the Mgr., Pablo, never came to my car, despite seeing the problems his techs couldn't fix for a very long time--one guy was under the car (John?) and I think he finally got out the broken piece of something used to drain the old oil from my car? Ethan, Gerald, Joshua and John all worked on my car--I have no respect for any mgr. who doesn't try to help under the circumstances, nor did he apologize for all that happened during my visit. DO you think I will EVER again go there for any service? Do you think I will share my experience on social media platforms? Do you think I will recommend to my friends? Carole B. I came here to get my smog test done. There was a little bit of a wait because there was a lot of cars in the bays. I was going to also do a tire rotation but I would have had to go back in line after the smog check to have it done. I ended up passing on that service and did it on my own. Otherwise if you are looking to do a smog check fairly quick then I would recommend coming here. There is also a DMV kiosk inside the convenience store so you can get your registration renewed at the same time. One less trip to make since you're already there.

Avoid this place if at all possible. They will misquote times and completely disrespect you and your time. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I have been going here for 5 years but will not be returning again after my most recent visit.

1 hour from the time I got in line until the oil change was finished. No faster than the dealership. Next morning I discovered oil stains on my garage floor. Looked under the hood and saw oil all over the bottom of the engine. Either this place did a horribly sloppy job or something was not tightened properly. Will take to the dealership to have it checked. Never going back to this Valvoline Instant Oil Change location.
