Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I got a new battery and a warranty with it. The battery I bought died within 2 months of use and I got it replace, the battery I have NOW died within 3 months and Valvoline is now refusing to replace it. The folks at this location are good people but the company itself will sell you a bad product TWICE and not fix the issue.

Emmanuel, Javier, and Jorgen got oil all over my engine and refused to clean it. They then acted like I was asking too much for them to clean it. I called customer service to explain what happened just to get a call back from Emmanuel saying that I am lying and that all claims will be denied. They lost a customer and I will never refer someone to Valvoline again.

Oil change received,and oil leak occurred luckily I noticed next day in garage where I park vehicle ,they did ask about a washer or seal whatever about it not being on plug but didn’t have a leak before this oil change and it’s a 1 1/2 year old brand new vehicle

Emanuel and Angel went above and beyond to happily assist me. Literally, all four of the young men worked very well together and was eager to help one another as constant customers were simultaneously being serviced. I will most certainly be back soon!

My first visit to Valvoline and Jorgen, Jersey, and Zane ( a couple others I forgot to look at their names) were awesome. They were all very polite and friendly. There was no pressure when they offered more of their services, which was a breath of fresh air. If my next visit is as great of an experience as my first time visit, they will have a loyal customer. All of the guys that assisted in servicing our vehicle were polite and professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well and kept us posted on everything they did. Highly recommend!

Wanted to share that I had a fantastic experience just now. Went in just for an oil change. They additionally checked my headlights, taillights, tire pressure, coolant, & cabin air filter. Jorgensen was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ll be back in 5k miles for sure!

To the owner: so Sunday at 2:30 while in line your technician walks out to deliver a message. "Just letting you know we close our doors at 3pm sharp, so if the customers in front of you order anything extra you won't get service because we will be closed, but there are other places you can go to get your oil changed." MESSAGE RECEIVED, customer takes his business elsewhere.

Very bad experience. I went in to have my car smogged and the manager named Javier is so rude to me, the way he talked to me is like I’m his employee he shouted at me and screaming at me. He’s a racist treats me so poorly. The way he works is so stressful to me. He’s so disrespectful and doesn’t have costumer service.

went in for an oil change and everything was great service was okay but when i woke up this morning and started driving my oil light came on so i thought that was weird considering i just got a change. so i pulled over and looked under my car to find oil everywhere. my oil drain plug was gone. so not only was the service not that great they also don't know how to put a plug back in making me waste 130 dollars.

I have been coming to this location for a long time always great services! But today I got here and the guy in front that he call himself ( Boss) told me to leave with out getting the oil change just because he was in a very bad mood ! The fist thing is that I park on the wrong space were they do smoke checks and with a really bad attitude he told me to move to the other side ! At first I didn’t care , but latter I was pulling forward and he got again with that horrible costumer service and bad attitude , I told him to be nice and he just told me that he is the (Boss ) that I have to leave 😳. So I hope if you go here you don’t mind to be treated really bad ! His name is Julian the Boss 😂

Broke the cap on my oil dip stick, tried to tell me it happens all the time. Three guys at pulling shaking the whole car trying to take it out, and then they wanna tell me to calm down after I tried to tell them to stop. Javier the manager and noe the guy that broke it.
