Stopped by this morning on my way to work because my tire pressure was low. Aside from the current car in the bay I was the only vehicle waiting. I was never approached or welcomed. I waited for 15+ minutes while several employees just stood around talking to each other. Eventually 2 others cars arrived and their vehicles were approached and they were given instruction, one vehicle was even let into the bay before I got any kind of service or instruction. I reversed my vehicle and left. I get all of my oil changes at vavoline and usually get good service, this location however I’ll avoid due to horrible customer service/communication. Disappointed

These guys did a great job with a quick oil change for me! They also checked my battery and filled my tires all while never having to leave my vehicle. Thank you guys! Caleb & Daniel.

My first time going to this establishment. I stayed in my car the entire time while they did the oil change, checked the fluids, the tires, etc. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was in and out in 20 mins. I'll be returning there for sure!!!!

Transmission service was perform invoice shows 4pt was pump into transmission after being emptyed that equals 2Qt. The Initial fluid service should have been minimum 3qt. This is what required by Lexus Manufacturer for transmission service. I will return to service facility where my car was service. I hope they had good explanation why I'm 1qt short.

After a disappointing experience at a competitor (was told I'd have to wait 2-3 hours, even though I had an appointment) the guys here got me in and out in less then 30 minutes. The staff were super accommodating and professional, I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change.

I went to get my oil change and get the high mileage semi-synthetic blend option. I was told it is no longer an option, but I could go buy it and they would put it in my car instead. I will no longer be going to this location or any Valvoline if they do not offer options for higher mileage vehicles. Based on what I was told the standard oil change will require me to come in more often as it does not offer the same protection as the semi-synthetic one. Sounds like someone wants more business as a forced change instead of protecting peoples cars. My paperwork said that the air filter case was broken, they are the only ones that fully pull it off. I just had work done the day before on my car since it needed repairs and now it is magically broken, I saw the tech forcibly put it back together. Seriously, avoid this location.

Staff is very friendly and work efficiently. I was able to get my oil changed as well as a smog check done. All under 30min. I will be using them again. Better than dealing with trying to change my own oil in the middle of summer!

They did not tighten the oil filter so I had a leak and my filter and oil was contaminated. I took it to another shop and had the filter and oil rechanged.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend going to this specific location. Had me waiting 25mins with everyone just walking by without any interaction or heads up that i would have to wait for someone else to be done. finally, once someone decided to speak to me after waiting so long in 110°. He guided me into a lane that nobody was using. (Basically had me waiting for no reason) Doesn’t actually check or top off my fluids. Wanting to claim, there’s a oil leak that isn’t existent. (Not my normal go to location) Wanting to upsell everything. From a 50$ air filter that wasn’t even dirty to the windshield wipers that I don’t even use. To ridiculous notions of my radiator needing to be flushed out (no it doesn’t) needing new brake fluid(no I don’t) Service was awkwardly ridiculous on just trying to sell me things I don’t need. The whole thing took an hour to get done. Definitely Never Again!!!! (Update I know they don’t do their job honestly) they let air out of my tires had to air all of them today.

Their work is sloppy, let me explain. I have used Valvoline many times, each time they provided fast services for oil changes and tire rotations. In total I did not have to wait a lot for service. However for them at least, being fast isn’t good. I came in last week for a tire rotation and they did not properly secure my car’s hubcaps. As a result, my car’s hubcaps fell off when I reached highway speeds the same day. In other instances, I have gone in for tire rotations, I noticed that they did not put the tire caps back on which led me to go buy a pack of new tire caps, ultimately inconveniencing me. The upselling is also annoying, if I come in for a tire rotation there is no reason to open my car’s hood to upsell me on a filter. Ultimately, the last straw for me is my hubcaps falling off, I will never be returning to any of their locations. Overall service is just fast and sloppy.
