I have been to other Valvoline locations with excellent service. However, I will never have my oil changed at this location again. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman, and not that knowledgeable of items under the hood of my vehicle.

Ricky Tony and Cody were super fast! Quick and easy and friendly staff! No waiting is always a plus and worked with our coupon! Pull in and wait in your car is great for my lazy time lol! Do the review and get 20% off next time they also had going on and check the bottom of your receipt mine had 50% off Terrible’s car wash!

They left my car in an oily mess. The technician handled items under the hood with greasy hands, inattentively dripped oil onto the new engine of my brand new car, and wiped the hood with an oily rag smearing oil across it's entire width.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Valvoline for an oil change and I can't say enough about the professionalism and the great customer service that I have encountered each time. I pay a little more but I'm in and out in 20 minutes.

Service was fantastic! All work being done was explained thoroughly and prices gone over. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They were fast to get us in and worked very efficiently servicing our vehicles. We really enjoyed the nice "goodbye" by all the employees in the service bay as we exited. I would highly recommend Valvoline in the future based on my great first time experience with them.

Cody, the manager was excellent. I got my transmission and oil changed within minutes. He was training an employee at the same time and giving the greatest customer service. I definitely recommend this location and ask for him 👍🏼

If you have a mini cooper don’t even bother coming here. Granted a mini is probably a harder vehicle to oil change than most but they didn’t even try and turned me away. Every other Valvoline I ever went to has been able to accomplish it.

Wow! This was our first experience here and wow we are definitely coming back. The oil change was definitely within the 15 minute mark but better than that it was an amazing experience for something you never wanted to do to begin with. MJ you're amazing! Very professional, excellent communication and with a pleasant demeanor and smile! I am a general manager myself and watching this crew I would feel very proud of that crews communication, hussle and team work. We were not pressured. She just asked if we'd like her to go over what our car needed at the miles we were currently at or just print it for us. She showed us our filter and if we wanted it changed and the price even showed us our oil line after they were finished. Tires were inspected as well as battery. She got some oil on the car during that and cleaned it up immediately. Great experience, thank you MJ and team West Craig, Valvoline!
