Went there today for an oil change and they would not do it because I had a coolant leak that has nothing to do with oil the guy had an attitude about the way I was pulling in I will never go back

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to get an oil change at 5:30 a lady with a hand full of hot Cheetos approached us saying “they’re closed for a group break for 30 minutes, come back later.” They close at 7… Meanwhile her coworker was telling us to pull in with nonverbal signals. She approached him, then he looked surprised and confused as to why I’m sure she was shooing us away. Very unprofessional, they literally close in 1 hour & 30 minutes.. “group break” doesn’t make any sense.

Diavonte was so kind and genuine. This was the best customer service I've ever had at Valvoline. Dominique was also lovely. Happy to be back in Vegas (go train Miami location please!)

Never told me ahead of time that the cabin filter was $55 after they installed it. You can get the same exact filter on line for $9

This location was great! The staff was friendly and fast and unlike most all other Valvoline locations they actually put all the screws back on my undercarriage which was amazing!

Ramsey, Alex & Kalib are an AWESOME Trio. They are in sync and incredibly efficient. Appreciate their positive attitudes and knowledge in auto care. Checked my lights, batteries, filters, transmission fluid, oil, and oil pressure 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The gentlemen, Jacob, Alexander, and Kalib, who took care of me were very thorough. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of. I especially appreciated that they were mindful of the order of arrival for each patron.

Pay attention to what they put in your truck paid for synthetic oil and they tried to switch it up with a blend and charged me for the higher luckily I caught it and made them drain it out

They close at 7pm, I arrived at 6:40 and they were so pleasant to deal with. Had my daughter and I in and out in 20 minutes.

They did an amazing job!!! Great job to them all on this day 7/17/24 had the best team. Both of the short guys was so cute polite great customer service. I felt extremely confident leaving there!!!

This location was my go to place the last two visits have been disappointing. Each one of my cars they did not have the oil for my car so I settled for what they said was a better grade. What happen to the enthusiast energy ? The team use to be like NASCAR - they communication was impeccable. Now they are understaffed - and finally today I pulled up one bay in use and the other bay empty. The one guy of two came out and said 45 minutes to an hour - his demeanor was like he was sent to the Gulag - just a whatever attitude. Again one car in the bay , two workers and 3 cars waiting including me in line 2nd car. I said forget it and the guy behind left before I did it once was a 5 start rating is now 0 rating : Perhaps Valvoline is a huge company and this review and others like it does not makes a difference but they lost two customers this morning

Great location - Brandon and Diavante were quick with the oil change and thorough with the vehicle checks. I don’t go anywhere else.
