jasmine, ricky and ceaser. they are amazing. i can not heap enough praise on them. i came in almost at closing. these did not complain or give me a dirty look but was most attentive to solve the problem i was having with my car. I came in for an oil change but they noticed the filter was leaking and was quick to solve the problem. I felt the car was going to break down and would be without for the night. even if they did not solve the issue. there professionalism and presence really put me at ease. you’re lucky to have these beautiful souls.

This valvoline location is (or was) my go-to for oil changing all my cars. Unfortunately, this time around this location did not meet my basic expectations. I brought in my 2013 Jetta and wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I got the oil change and the person helping me was confused about the air filter part which he thought was suppose to be rectangular instead of it being cylindrical. I told him it should be cylindrically shaped for this car. This probably confused him which made him forgot to rotate the tires. I didn’t realize the tire rotation was not done and charged 49.99 me for it. I’m glad I had a small discount on it because the price for the service is not what you get. I realized my tires were not rotated when my tire calibration light did not come on which usually happens after a tire rotation. I came in the next day and told them what happened and they asked me for the receipt which I showed them. Nobody came to apologize or tell me anything what happened which was pretty disappointing. They did rotate my tires at the end. When I got home, I checked my tire pressures and they were all above the recommended tire pressure value on the driver side door of the car. I also popped the hood and found a 6 inch Phillips screw driver element on the top of the engine compartment!!!! which is not good. Not sure how this location is operating this way so I will take my business somewhere else.

Ben and Ricky were very professional, informative, and not pushy at all. They checked everything I needed in my car and even gave me wiper fluid for free. Ricky was very patient with all of my questions and answered everything intelligently. i will be coming here again!

The technician explained everything clearly, including the type of oil they recommended for my vehicle and the benefits of the service. I appreciated the transparency and the fact that they didn’t pressure me into additional services I didn’t need. I was also able to buy a 50% off coupon on Groupon, which made the service even more affordable. They offered me a discount for the filter change as well, making it a great value overall. he told me that they had checked the coolant even after I specifically asked him and the next day my car started to overheat. There was nothing in the tank and obviously had not checked.

They were extremely helpful in locating and identifying the source of “brake light out” notification and finding a solution! They stuck with the problem until it was resolved and were able to replace the correct bulbs! Valvoline service reps Patience (mgr on duty) and Angel rock!! I pulled into the shop and was immediately served. The manager was informative and shared with me that often other area locations will honor a location specific Groupon voucher. The crew was efficient and coordinated sharing potentially needed services without the upsell. My Volvo wagon was topped off with fully synthetic oil in the same time and price as a family meal at a L.A. area McDonalds.

I came in to get an oil change and when they were adding oil to my vehicle, they put a case of oil on top of my intake and broke it. They didn’t mention it. They didn’t let me know. It was broken. It wasn’t until I kept getting an alert for my engine that’s when I looked under the hood and found their mistake.

It took them over an hour to change our oil. We denied the tire rotation and everything else they threw at us.
