Christian explain the oil change process clearly while I sat in the car. The entire team I interacted with was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. I appreciate how they changed my oil within a reasonable time and I was back on the road. This was my first visit and I will return when it’s time for another oil change.

The oil change was fast and included me every step of the way. It took an hour less than if I’d gone to the dealer and without the $80/hour labor fee. I liked being able to sit in my car the whole time and received all the Toyota.

Fidencio was great. He went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Much better than the Silverlake valvoline that made a made a huge mess overfilled engine oil and overfilled antifreeze and refused to help get it cleaned.. Silverlake employees take note. One of the customers in the car next to me sneezed and Fidencio even gave him a "bless you". Lol. Top notch customer service. Thank you!

I came here yesterday for just an oil change. They also checked the car and found a few things to fix?! Got Air filter replacement, complete fuel system and oil change. But also the guy who i talked first ( who is also kind and very polite no bad attitude or anything to do with it) said there is a problem with the signal and he can fix it for 19 dollars i said oh okay. Using a screwdriver, etc., he put in the space in front of and under the front passenger seat of the car, took out something and put it on. Even it took like 10-15 minutes. After i paid i went to my house and locked the doors but unfortunately my automatic lock button didn’t work. I did manually for other doors but one at the back remained open. I tried really hard to push the button. It didn’t work. I took it back to the Valvoline the other day. They said there is nothing to do with them. They did nothing to cause this problem they just did oil change?! Even the guy was there who took many things in and out from my car didn’t say anything. Even though there is a sound coming from the place which he worked on. His boss gave me a mechanic place card. I took my car there they said they need to work on that problem for 2 hours at least! I said just fixed the lock issue. Even he said they need to take all parts of door to check! I mean i just went there for oil change but at the and one of them did something but refused to do so and right now i can’t lock my door its not safe i can’t park my car anywhere and its gonna take a lot of money to fix it probably! I don’t want to get anybody in trouble. That’s why i didn’t argue. But i have so regret to going this place!!! I don’t even know what to do right now!
