I was very impressed by the super fast service, attentiveness and professionalism of the team. They get a 10 for communication not only with the customer but with each other! The team effort was really impressive and noticeable. This store should be a model for all of the other stores!! A+++ (Robertson and National, 90034)

Survey Comment: I drove in and my car was functioning just fine. I was having a great day. and then the oil change took more than 45 minutes, almost an hr. i felt that something was not right. I drove out and the car was revving weird at the corner red light. I drove back and most of the employees all took turns trying to figure out what had happened. they said an air filter hose was loose. they attempted to fix/tighten a bracket but to no avail. the car then stalled and would not restart. i had the car towed. and repaired the next day. The tow cost $8 and the repair only $114.16. I expected Valvoline to repay me for the damages but the Assistant manager Cesar refuses because they claim no fault after reviewing the video! The video neither proves or disproves the fault, the fact is the car was fine before my oil change and not at all afterwards! I am extremely disheartened that i was never offered a refund or compensation for my repairs. I will pursue legal action. All I wanted was for Valvoline to make the situation right! The money is not much. It is the principle. It is what is right. Never again will I go to Valvoline and I will spread the word about the incident if Valvoline will not make things right. You lost a customer and all of my friends, family and followers on social media, of which their are tens of thousands as I am in a popular band with many loyal fans. I gave the service station a chance and they refuse. perhaps this letter will change the minds of the corporation? if not expect a letter from my lawyer claiming more damages such as loss of wages and emotional duress etc. since this is continuing instead of easily resolved by paying back the repairs and tow. I have receipts and would gladly furnish them if Valvoline acted like people instead of a heartless corporation that it is proving to be!

Called before hand to see the price for an oil change (gave them make them make & model). Was quoted $156. Brought in coupon. Upon arrival they scan the barcode in my vehicle and they confirm the information and the price, with discount which would have been $141. I hold my credit card out to which I’m told to wait until the service is done. At this point the price is confirmed by two different employees. Once the service is done im told the price is $196. I was shocked to be honest, the woman told me that the car needed more oil they thought and it was “their mistake” for not telling me or asking if I consented to this. I was literally sitting in the car the entire time, there’s no reason why they couldn’t have run the extra charge by me before hand. I said I wasn’t going to pay for their mistake and it was a blatant rip off. She said “the best I can do is offer a $25 discount”. To which I refused. She said “next time we won’t be able to honor that price”. As if there will be a next time….at almost $200, I could have the oil change done at the dealership where they wash the car, do a complete check of the vehicle and give you a cup of coffee. Don’t waste your time with this sketchy place.

They were very busy but kept me apprised of the status of my service and made me feel like they valued my time. They did what they could (ie check me in, tire pressure) before I even got to the bay. Great service and great communication.

The 3 team members who worked on my car were very rude. They were making fun of the condition of my tires and laughing amongst each other saying how bad and crazy they were. It was pretty embarrassing and hurtful. It was highly unprofessional. The tall African American guy and two other Latin shorter men. They had disgusting behavior and should be trained on professionalism. I won’t be back

The team members personalities were great but unfortunately they didn’t go above and beyond expectations. When I came for my oil change I also needed to get my tires rotated and air filters replaced. Upon leaving I noticed that the team did not provide an oil change sticker to place on my windshield and they did not at least top off my tires with air upon requesting them to do so. It’s really the little things that matter and unfortunately the team did not provide those services.

Was in an out! I'm a busy mom of 3, full time nurse and travel consultant! Time is important to me so the fact that this oil change was really 15 minutes or less was great! The service was awesome and there wasn't any haggling of extra services, just recommendations. Will definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes from now on!

Friendly staff, consistently good service. I've taken my 2020 Gladiator here a few times because it's much more convenient and quicker to have them do an oil change and tire rotation. I've never had a poor experience here.
