The 3 team members who worked on my car were very rude. They were making fun of the condition of my tires and laughing amongst each other saying how bad and crazy they were. It was pretty embarrassing and hurtful. It was highly unprofessional. The tall African American guy and two other Latin shorter men. They had disgusting behavior and should be trained on professionalism. I won’t be back

The team members personalities were great but unfortunately they didn’t go above and beyond expectations. When I came for my oil change I also needed to get my tires rotated and air filters replaced. Upon leaving I noticed that the team did not provide an oil change sticker to place on my windshield and they did not at least top off my tires with air upon requesting them to do so. It’s really the little things that matter and unfortunately the team did not provide those services.

Friendly staff, consistently good service. I've taken my 2020 Gladiator here a few times because it's much more convenient and quicker to have them do an oil change and tire rotation. I've never had a poor experience here.

Was in an out! I'm a busy mom of 3, full time nurse and travel consultant! Time is important to me so the fact that this oil change was really 15 minutes or less was great! The service was awesome and there wasn't any haggling of extra services, just recommendations. Will definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes from now on!

I go to this Valvoline every time I need an oil change or top off. The staff is AMAZING. The service is IMEPCABLE and the time spent there is FAST. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming. They help me feel at ease.

I’ve been coming to the location off of National and Robertson for well over a decade. They are friendly, always super helpful, and it’s literally the most convenient way to get your car serviced. You pull up, and never have to exit your vehicle. The only time I’ve had to wait longer than 10-15 is on days when they’re running a coupon for that specific day. Otherwise, is quick and painless. Everything is kept track of in their system, so I always know when a service is due, and I love that. If you e never been here, you should definitely try them out!!!

Not sure if 2 or 3 stars.. friendly staff, but it seems they forgot to refill the tires with air. Went in for oil change, tire rotation, and replaced the battery. Later when I hit a few potholes on some of the lovely L.A street there was an abnormally loud bang. Later when I parked somebody pointed out how flat the tire was. Had to refill myself with an air compressor Because the tire was basically flat. Took it back to a different Valvoline on La Brea And they noticed all my tires were low pressure. Once refilled properly they haven't leaked air since. Which leads me to believe that they forgot to refill the tires when I left this location. If they can make such a basic mistake while guiding me to drive off the property it brings me to question all the other services they provide. Paid for quite an expensive battery replacement. Is it a Good quality? Is it the right battery? Could have damaged all my tire rims driving around after leaving. Such a simple basic mistake calls into question the entire experience.

The people were nice however they forgot to put my skid plate back on correctly. Now, it scratches whenever I drive down a steep hill. I should’ve known something was up when they kept looking underneath the car but wouldn’t explain what was wrong. I will be heading there first thing in the morning so this can be corrected. The cherry on top is that these oil changes are meant to take 15 minutes, but they took 40, and now I’m wondering if the misplaced skid plate had anything to do with that.

The plastic oil filter casing broke during the oil change, Valvoline claims this happened because Jiffy Lube put it on too tightly. It was a frustrating experience, but Valvoline helped make it right. Oscar, the manager offered to pay for my Uber home when they couldn't fix it that day. When he didn't have the tools to fix it the following morning, they pushed the car to the repair shop next door and provided the replacement part free of charge. I still had to pay for the repair, but Valvoline comped the oil change. It was a stressful and frustrating experience but Valvoline did what they could to make it right. Everyone I spoke to at Valvoline was kind and helpful.

Went here before a road trip to make sure our 2019 car was good to go. We paid to fill all the cars fluids, oil, coolant, etc. Somehow they didn't fill either and our car broke down in the middle of the Mojave because there was no oil or coolant. We will not be returning and are so disappointed. It's cost us so much more to repair our vehicle after their negligence.
