The technician was friendly and explained everything being done to my car step by step. Kept checking up on me while the work was being done and offered additional services and was not pushy I did elect to get my coolant topped off based on his recommendation. Also mentioned I can always come back to get the additional services he was offering.

I loved how they explained all the services to me and the recommendations. Customer service was wonderful. I also liked the comfort of being able to stay in my car while getting service. This was the best and quick way to service my car and I truly appreciate the services provided.

Excellent service.. if you can avoid the upsale.. just needed a quick oil change and also a plus to remain in your vehicle. No waiting room or any strangers in your vehicle. You drive up and are guided to the garage oil pit change area. You sit in your vehicle during the entire process in order to get oil change service and pay from the seat of your vehicle ( cash, debit, or credit card)... then pull off and go about your day. I suggest getting a digital coupon from the Valvoline website otherwise it is nearly the same price as a dealership ( depending on the type of vehicle you are driving). My dealership offers online coupons for oil changes and minor service but I wanted to be in and out without waiting too long. I was in the area so I pulled in and got my oil changed before the end of the year & the upcoming holiday rush. I used a Valvoline $10.00 off coupon that they scanned for my discount and I believe I paid something like $52.00 including tax & oil disposal fees etc

The quick service is good, but really prefer all of the extras that Jiffy Lube provides for around the same costs. The upselling here is very annoying.

Went in for installment of windshield wiper blades and air tire check, and they did an amazing job, but I realized after I left that they didn't give me a receipt 🤔 They're good, fast yet efficient. Receipts are important because I can monitor what needs to be done when!

Compared to the previous oil change l did at Jiffy Lube, THIS ONE WAS 10x better, VALVOLINE excelled, locations are easy to find, w/a convenient 15 min service, you sit in your car and watch what's being done, they check for functionality of your lights, wipers, filters, top other liquids, do offer other services and definitively ARE NOT high pressure sales people, as a matter of fact, they reccomended that the air filter be check again and perhaps to replace the next service [l didn't know my son had just replaced it, couple of weeks before* ] they are too very reasonable priced [compare to the above mentioned] AND their service personnel was helpful and VERY attentive. They too placed a reminder sticker for the next service [ the other didn't!] and l had missed servicing to the point my son had to ad oil while traveling, he said* "Go now! after you drop me off at LAX, don't wait to have to call AAA" ..so l listen and did, found the one nearest at La Tijera and 405! Easy find, faster entry and promptly serviced! Thank you! .

I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for 10 years and only to this Valvoline for 10 years. It is hands-down, the best in LA!
