Response: They're sorry (a) they sold me a bulb that due to their negligence only lasted two weeks, (b) they attempted to charge me for a different bulb that was fine and did not need replaced, and (c) they attempted to cover up their mistake with flimsy excuses instead of accepting accountability for causing the bulb to fail. What lame and wishy washy lip service! Sorry means taking accountability for your actions - not unactionable platitudes that sounds nice and mean nothing. Clearly, staff is in need of (re)training. ___ Not the place for techs who know anything about vehicles Tech struggled to install replacement bulb. The bulb stopped working shortly after installation. It then started working again a week or two later, before ceasing to work once again. When I brought this matter up with the manager, I told her how I saw the tech struggle to install it, and I asked if it could be loose or installed improperly. She said "No, it could only be a fuse." This information was wrong. Rear blinker bulbs absolutely can be loose in their sockets. It has since been replaced by a mechanic and it is working fine. My fuses are fine. A high beam bulb also was not working. They lied and said it was burnt out. It was found to be loose. The mechanic tightened it. Since then it operates fine. On another occasion, I asked if they could check out my brakes and tires. If this is something they don't do they should speak up. Instead the guy looked at one tire from 5' away and said "fine," insisting they would all wear the same. I had 3 brands of tires on my car.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get my car situated with all that I needed. They were efficient and thorough; I was in and out in no time even with several extra services. It was the best experience I have had at any Valvoline!

Hailey and Chloe were great in replacing my serpentine belt and were very knowledgeable in explaining to me what the belt was for and also I got a life time warranty on the belt so I'm very happy

My tire blew out. I didn't know what to do! I pulled up at Valvoline Emily & El helped me by putting on my spare at no cost! And the business was closed when I arrived‼️Thank you..You guys are AWESOME‼️I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU‼️🥰 I highly recommend this company‼️

After driving in the snow from Cincinnati my check engine light came on. I went ahead and pulled in here hoping that they could help and they were amazing. They quickly got me in and identified the problem within minutes. They fixed it without delay and I was on my way. Thank you to the team!

I had an amazing experience at Valvoline thanks to the outstanding team! Hayley, Chloe, Carl, Lloyd, and even the guy with the dipstick (whose name I unfortunately missed) were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. They worked efficiently, explained the services clearly, and made the entire process seamless. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I left feeling confident in the service provided and truly appreciated the team’s effort. Thank you for going above and beyond! I’ll definitely recommend Valvoline to others.

I wish I could give lower than one star Worse employee ever with zero car experience, I asked him when I arrived if they have filter for my car and I checked with him and he said yes then after 2 and half hours they changed half of the oil then said sorry we don’t have a filter for your car and we just gonna fill it up for the half we took and you go somewhere else!!!??? Is that should happen to me? What if something happened to my car especially I asked him when I arrived there

Chloe was very nice and helpful with everything! Her customer service was great. She made sure I understood everything and treated my car as if it was hers. Staff is always in a positive mood and they work efficiently.

My favorite Valvoline I've ever been to! My husband and I both take our cars here for oil changes and other basics. Hayley is great - a solid leader and goes above and beyond for customers. Only downside to this location is they are typically busy and it can be difficult to get in/out. Beat the crowds and go right when they open; you'll be through in a jiffy.

Never had anything but a great experience at this location. Today I was there to replace two taillights. As usual, service was very fast( they changed the lights while I was still in line), friendly and reasonably priced. The crew there is fantastic! Update 11/13/24 Manager Hailey was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Valvoline of them all!!! I always go to this location when I need an oil change. Lloyd was so kind and friendly, helping me through the process. Nick was very thorough with his work. They do honest work here and I can’t recommend them enough!!

This is one of the Best Valvoline's in the city! everyone is super friendly and always willing to help you out. Most of all they don't try to hard sell things that you don't need. They only show what is best for your Vehicle. You will be greeted with a smile and then "Ready Bay One"!

While waiting in line and listening to the radio with the car off, my battery died. The battery was old enough that it was not unexpected. One of the employees tried to jump my battery with a charge box. This did not work, and at that point Manager Hayley took over the situation. She pull up her own car and tried to jump mine. This also did not work. Hayley did not have my battery in the store, so she went to the next nearest Valvoline and got a replacement, which she installed. Hayley remained my contact through the oil change and 18 point check. Throughout the process, Hayley was extremely helpful. I can't praise her service and behavior enough.
