I was in desperate need of windshield wipers after mine disintegrated on my drive. I pulled into Valvoline 5 minutes before they were set to close. They didn’t turn me away and were extremely helpful and changed them right away. I was able to continue driving in the pouring rain to my final destination. I know how it is right before close with wanting to go home. I’m extremely grateful.

I left another Valvoline location years ago because they weren't honest. I've been going here every since and satisfied every time. They are friendly, knowledgeable and don't upsell in a harassing type of way. They suggest extra services on what you need to have or think about getting for ultimate vehicle performance. I know what my car's maintenance recommendations are but some don't so that's ok. If there was ever anything I didn't want and said no, that was it. No badgering. It makes for a pleasant experience. Arrive early. They do get busy. Give them a try.

Great service and informative crew. Young man named Xavier Grey was very professional and not to pushy on recommended services. I will definitely return to this location for future maintenance. I do feel that it might have been a bit pricey, but the positive vibes and quick service, while answering the couple questions that I had make it worthwhile.

I had a great experience at Valvoline for my recent oil change. Xavier, the CSR who helped me, was friendly and very helpful throughout the process. He provided clear explanations without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’ll definitely be back.

Stephanie and all the other ladies at this Valvoline were incredible to my daughter. They took amazing care of her during the service. As if I had done it myself. Really appreciate their incredible service. Won't go anywhere else for my oil change and other needs. Thanks!

They were very nice and completely kept me informed on everything they were doing and also gave me great recommendations for me to help get my ac back up and running they also made sure all my fluids were full and did a great job on my tire rotation

Sat for 15+ minutes with no activity. Workers standing around talking. Nothing happening to my vehicle above or below ground. Finally I have to flag down Chris (manager) who then asks what's the status of bay 2. Worker below says he's waiting on them. All of a sudden magic happens. I started getting attention. Bad customer experience. You didn't forget to take my $$$ but you forgot the most important thing....ME! The maroon van who pulled in bay 3 well after me, left before me. SMH! Since I was forgotten...my 4 vehicles will forget about Valvoline! Feel free to reach out to me if you want to discuss further. John

I have all three vehicles serviced at this location and I always receive great, friendly, courteous and professional service. The wait times are never long and delays are communicated in a timely manner. The staff makes every effort to minimize your wait time, even if it requires moving you to another bay. I have always used Valvoline products and for me, it's great having a service center I can trust and feel appreciated for my business.

This review is for a manager name Sierra. We were there, air out. On a blk 2007 Honda Odyssey van. We were offered a seat in the waiting area. We ( my son and I ) had our dog. My son decided to stay in the car. Later when we were driving home, my 17 year old son stated Sierra made an inquiry as to why he stayed in the car. My irritation is why? Obviously, his mother was ok with him staying. Why Sierra felt the need to follow up behind his mother, is not a good look. It comes off , nosey, undermining and taking too much liberty when , I his mother was sitting right in the waiting area. I took a minute to right this, because as a black woman, it's anger provoking. This happens too often, and the non relevant party is always white. In short, do not do that. If your concerned, call the police. Do not approach a minor kid, he 17 and knows where he wants to sit I told him when that happens, start telling the white people, they are meddling, cause you are. Now, you did have an employee, that hooked a freon machine up to my running car. You heard me say something, and did not answer me till I said it the third time. Be more concerned with stuff like that. Please, thanks. And it wasn't the employees fault, he was young and blk. Needed your help for real. But had time to investigate us. Not a good look Sierra

Went today to get an oil change - friendly staff. Offered advice but not pushy at all. Xavier helped me and he was helping a lot of people - balancing everything effectively while being very friendly. Will be back !
