I always enjoy my drive-thru experience at Valvoline, always, been coming for years... However, this past visit was terribly long, >1hr, because there was only one transmission service mission. The staff was friendly & pleasant throughout my wait, and kept me updated on the delay. Hopefully they will get another transmission service machine for future customer service. Other than that, I see no reason not to give 5 stars.

This place got be the worse place EVER PLEASE DONT COME HERE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL!! I went here to change my oil and they messed up my car. Soon as i left the place after my oil change my car started saying “ Low Engine Oil Pressure I went back they to ask them why my car saying this and plus the engine light on my dashboard came on when I went there to ask them why it’s saying that they weren’t helpful at all. All the stuff members there are really childish and act like they don’t know what they doing. stuff members not helpful at all!! I left with no answers as to why my car All of a sudden sayin some wrong with the engine oil. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The females that changed my oil last weekend did a horrible job. They had bad attitudes and didn't change the oil right. I'm not returning to this location. I don't know who decided to hire them for this particular job. They suck really bad. 9/26/24 I went to this location yesterday to get an oil change and the guy who did my oil change had a nasty attitude. This was the second time he did my oil change. He had an attitude about everything. Even the fact that I had a coupon for my service even though they are literally the ones who send you coupon after every service done. I hardly ever pay for full service charge because of coupons I receive. He tried to give me incorrect change which I also corrected him about. He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about so I had to pull out my calculator on my phone to show him where he made a mistake lol smh. They don’t even check your brake lights which they are suppose to do. Do me a favor and just don’t even go to this location. This was my last time going. Never again.

Great location very orderly efficient pretty impressed with the team that changed my oil good communication everyone in uniform looked professional. But! Get there early they load up with customers pretty fast. Synthetic oil change has gotten exspensive I'm just saying lol. $75 then I noticed that I got hit with a $16 extra oil charge didn't notice that til later. So pay attention to the charges like I didn't. And ask questions. I was in and out in roughly 10 min.

car working completely fine until oil changed & then sudden stops in the middle of the street & check engine and oil light . I came back same day and had them check it, they made it seem like I was delusional & told me to take my car to the mechanic. So I Took it to mechanic immediately after & the mechanic said they didn’t put my air filter in all the way. Costed me to call out of work and everything. AND another $95 for a Maf air sensor replacement. I’m a female too and there was just men there, I never got treated this way at this same place when there was a female present, been going here for a while now. I know people who work for this company. Gives very sexist energy here nowadays ..

Jordan the manager here at this location was phenomenal didn’t try to oversell me. Let me know what I needed and went above and beyond and helping me change my cabin filter and spray filter spray in there. Awesome service!

Jordan was exceptional! They were stacked 3 deep in each bay, but they treated each customer as if we were the only ones in line. Fast friendly service. Will definitely return when the time comes.

Absolute phenomenal service!! The Manager Jordan and his entire team were very polite, and very professional! Their customer service was the best, that I have had in a long time! They did a great job on my oil change...and more! These guys definitely went above and beyond to assist me! I will definitely be going to the Dixie location for all of my future oil changes!
