This place got be the worse place EVER PLEASE DONT COME HERE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL!! I went here to change my oil and they messed up my car. Soon as i left the place after my oil change my car started saying “ Low Engine Oil Pressure I went back they to ask them why my car saying this and plus the engine light on my dashboard came on when I went there to ask them why it’s saying that they weren’t helpful at all. All the stuff members there are really childish and act like they don’t know what they doing. stuff members not helpful at all!! I left with no answers as to why my car All of a sudden sayin some wrong with the engine oil. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The females that changed my oil last weekend did a horrible job. They had bad attitudes and didn't change the oil right. I'm not returning to this location. I don't know who decided to hire them for this particular job. They suck really bad. 9/26/24 I went to this location yesterday to get an oil change and the guy who did my oil change had a nasty attitude. This was the second time he did my oil change. He had an attitude about everything. Even the fact that I had a coupon for my service even though they are literally the ones who send you coupon after every service done. I hardly ever pay for full service charge because of coupons I receive. He tried to give me incorrect change which I also corrected him about. He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about so I had to pull out my calculator on my phone to show him where he made a mistake lol smh. They don’t even check your brake lights which they are suppose to do. Do me a favor and just don’t even go to this location. This was my last time going. Never again.

Great location very orderly efficient pretty impressed with the team that changed my oil good communication everyone in uniform looked professional. But! Get there early they load up with customers pretty fast. Synthetic oil change has gotten exspensive I'm just saying lol. $75 then I noticed that I got hit with a $16 extra oil charge didn't notice that til later. So pay attention to the charges like I didn't. And ask questions. I was in and out in roughly 10 min.

car working completely fine until oil changed & then sudden stops in the middle of the street & check engine and oil light . I came back same day and had them check it, they made it seem like I was delusional & told me to take my car to the mechanic. So I Took it to mechanic immediately after & the mechanic said they didn’t put my air filter in all the way. Costed me to call out of work and everything. AND another $95 for a Maf air sensor replacement. I’m a female too and there was just men there, I never got treated this way at this same place when there was a female present, been going here for a while now. I know people who work for this company. Gives very sexist energy here nowadays ..

Jordan the manager here at this location was phenomenal didn’t try to oversell me. Let me know what I needed and went above and beyond and helping me change my cabin filter and spray filter spray in there. Awesome service!

Jordan was exceptional! They were stacked 3 deep in each bay, but they treated each customer as if we were the only ones in line. Fast friendly service. Will definitely return when the time comes.

Absolute phenomenal service!! The Manager Jordan and his entire team were very polite, and very professional! Their customer service was the best, that I have had in a long time! They did a great job on my oil change...and more! These guys definitely went above and beyond to assist me! I will definitely be going to the Dixie location for all of my future oil changes!

I will not change oil in any of the valovline and I will not advise anyone else to change oil in valovline because they but not enough oil in my car and damaged my car engine I when back to them almost three times and they told me that we’re going to send you a mechanic and see if is our mistake or not and I said okay and I was waiting for them to send me the mechanic but they didn’t I want back to them again they told me that the manager is sick I said I will come back tomorrow the next day I when back the manager told me that we already changed the oil for you and everything was good I’m sorry we’re not going to do anything for you and I call the office for claim and I have the claim number they said we are going to call you until now they didn’t call me and the engine cost almost 3.to 4 thousand dollars that’s why I advise you guys I don’t want anybody to be in same situation like me now 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I asked for a tire rotation and an oil change today and they were only able to do the oil change as the bay line I was in was unable to lift my car appropriately (per staff). While I was okay with missing one service today, I knew I needed an oil change. Unfortunately, the past two times I’ve been here it’s been about an hour to an hour and a half wait for an oil change (with two cars in front of me and both bays open). Today, as I was pulling in the bay, they had me back up to start clearing the other bay line. I’ve already waited an hour and some change myself as there were two cars in front of me when I arrived and, now that they’ve placed two additional cars in front of me, I’m sure I’ll be here another hour. They suggested I leave and come back, however, that isn’t feasible for my schedule and waiting two hours for an oil change is just as ridiculous. It’s safe to say that after today, this location lost a customer. Increase your staff, update your equipment so that it accommodates your services listed, and take down the sign that says “Always quick, but never rushed.”

My 4th time coming here, and every time I have had to wait an hour and a half to even get into a bay for service. I've been here an hour and 40 minutes now, and there are still the same 3 cars in font of me that were here when I got here.

amazing! not a long wait at all even tho there was a few cars in front of me, they worked super fast and were very helpful! it was also way cheaper than i expected. wonderful service. blessings!
