Didn’t do the services they said. Tires were low and no fluids were put in even though I requested them specifically and they marked it as done on the receipt

They always do a good job and are thorough and take care of B2 Clean Pressure Washing truck and get me in and out quick. The question below says "where you pressured to purchase upgrades or additional services" The only answer choice is Yes or No, it was neither. I was asked politely but not pressured. So yes they ask but no they didn't harass me. So not sure how to answer that targeted question?

Staff refused to serve me during their open hours. Told me they already started their closing procedure early. I had this specific experience at this location before 4 years ago. When I went into leave them this review I already saw I left a one star then. Apparently nothing has changed in 4 years. This place reeks of bad management.

I had a terrible experience with Tommy, the “store manager”. After I had my car services done at this location, my car started leaking a bunch of water inside the floor. I had to spend $160 at my dealership to get it fixed, and dealership put in the receipt that “replaced cabin air filter for filter installed wrong causing debris to get inside of box & clog up the drain”. This air filter was taken out when Valvoline staff asked me if I want it replaced, and it still looked clean to me, so I said no, and they put it back. But they put it back incorrectly which changed it from square shape to bow shape, that in turns squeezed the drain and caused drainage backup into the inside of the car. This shouldn’t have happened and I shouldn’t have had to pay for this car repair bill. But once I tried to work this out with Tommy, the manager of this Valvoline, he was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening to my explanation of what happened, Tommy kept talking over me and he said that even if the worker installed the part wrong, it had nothing to do with it. When I offered to send him the documents (car repair receipt with explanation, photo of the air filter that’s bow-shaped instead of squared), Tommy said that he wasn’t going to look at it. That really pissed me off, because I wasn’t listened to, I wasn’t given a chance to explain my case, and I wasn’t even allowed to send him my evidence. At the end when I saw no chance of getting this resolved by Tommy, I told him that I was going to take it up to Corporate, and Tommy said he was “corporate.” I go to this Valvoline often, and I do not believe that this unprofessional behavior should represent Valvoline, nor should it be tolerated by Valvoline.

This is the worst oil changing place I have ever been to. They talked my wife into having a radiator flush and blew out the upper seal in my radiator and hurried up to top it off after only about 10 seconds they said they were done. I had to have my radiator replaced and it cost me over $500. The licensed machinic showed me that they couldn't have even flushed it or even changed out the old antifreeze because it was crudded up with quick seal. Where they tried to hurry up and seal the leak before we noticed it. I have had 4 other licensed machinics look at it and they all told me the same thing. I called and talked to a manager at this shop he bluntly told me that it isn't their fault that I have a van over 4 years old and that I would have to deal with it.

I pulled up, waited about 10 minutes just to get my tires filled up, another MAN pulls up after me and they went over to him and asked what he needed done, and never once came over to me and asked what I needed help with. My window was down, we made eye contact several times, and I left, went down the street to the other oil change place, and they filled my tires up immediately. I will never be going back to this misogynistic place. Ladies, take your business elsewhere.
